Alternative 1 / Home page

Objective: Design a home page which gives the
options to complete a particular task such as
booking a new ticket.
Components: The page includes, cinema logo with
name, new ticket booking button, find ticket button,
parking button. The background is set to orange.
Description: The home page will be used to
navigate to the other pages, it is the initial screen
providing buttons to carry out a certain task. This
page has options to book a new ticket, re-print
ticket, extend parking.

Objective: Design a home page which gives the
options to complete a particular task such as booking
a new ticket.
Components: The page includes, cinema logo with
name, new ticket booking button, find ticket button,
parking button. The background is set to dark grey.
Description: The theme of the second alternative is
set to dark so that it is easier to look at the screen
inside the cinema. The theme is orange and black
which is unique throughout. It gives the options of
booking a new ticket, re-printing old ticket and get
extra parking time.

Objective: To design a page which can be used to
select the screen playing the movie which the user
wants to see.
Components: The page includes page title and ten
screens showing the screen name and the movie
name. It also shows the page title at the top.
Description: The page will be used to select the
screen showing a particular movie of the customer’s
choice. The names of the screens and movie names
are clearly shown.

Objective: To design a page which can be used to select
the screen playing the movie which the user wants to

Components: The page includes page title, back button
and ten screens showing the screen name and the movie
name. It also includes a back button, page title and
breadcrumbs.
Description: The page shows the title with the option to
select the screen playing the movie which the customer
wants to see. It shows all of the ten screens with their
name and the movie they are playing. It also has
breadcrumbs which highlights the page the user is
currently on.

Objective: To design a page which can be used to
select the show time and seats.
Components: The page includes page title, show
timings and displays the theatre seat layout. It also
has a confirm button to proceed further.
Description: The appropriate show time can be
selected which would show the user the available
seats. Seats can then be selected according to the
customer’s choice.
