INTRODUCTION
Circular economy is developed by the different government organization’s in context to
the effective management and protection of economy. The main objective behind this concept is
saving of resources and environment protection. Basically business organizations use raw
material from natural resources and convert it into usable products for the customers, but earlier
this process was conducted in the linear form of economy. Under which organization just use
raw material then produce specific products sale it to the consumer and then waste of that
disposed by the customers in the form of garbage. Due to this process environment is facing
huge problem suggest the overuse of resources, pollution of the environment. Because natural
resources or not present in immense amount due to which future population will face huge
resources deficiency problem. In Another hand waste of plastic and other non-biodegradable
waste are contributing to the higher environmental pollution. So that for preventing this harmful
effect of business organizations, government developed the plan and model circular economy.
Which involves free major step make, use and recycle. In this report brief analysis and study e of
circular economy is going to be done, along with the study different theories from which this
model is emerged. England as one of the city which is performing under the commonwealth
county, in context to which analysis of the circular economy barriers and opportunity factors are
going to be evaluate. Then effective analysis of local and international and government
companies is going to be done in context to the recommendation that what these company can do
to support the development of circular economy within selected City. Done a final report for the
local government commonwealth minister meeting all going to be developed in context to the
recommendation for action.
Analysis and discussion of the circular economy and relation to the theories from which it
emerged
Definition- circular economy is the effective economy management approach, which
involves best and more efficient framework or structure of economic system management. Main
objective of this model eliminating continuous use of resources and waste, by the
implementation of circular production and conception structure which involves the recycling of
renewable waste material and help to save the resources and environment from pollution.

Theoretical analysis of circular economy
This is a systematic approach designed to benefit environment, society and businesses,
this model is opposite of the take-make-waste, linear model. Circular model regenerative due to
its effective design, which helps in the effective use and reuse of finite resource. In order to
clearly understand the concept of circular economy model, there is need of study in context to
the linear model too.
Linear economy model is traditionally take-make-waste dispose. Which involves step by
step plan, under which raw material collected for the purpose of product development and then
project is used by the consumer until they are finally discarded as a waste material. Basically in
this model the main concept is development of the value in the economy system by producing
multiple varieties of products and selling that as much as possible. This linear economical model
has been using by the humans from long time, but due to the harmful impact of the linear
economy, such the continuous conception of resources and involvement pollution by the product
waste. Various government organization concern about the finite resources management and
polishing control due to which they have developed circular economy which helps effective use
of resources and pollution control. So this circular economy result of a change from simple
mitigation model to absolute value creation model, which is socially, economically and
environment ally positive, this model facilitate the right way or method of the resources use and
help in the reduction of adverse environmental impact. This economy model is developed by the
United nation environment programme. United nations are the combine multinational
government UN member’s organization which involves a responsibility for coordinating
response two environmental issues within the United Nations system. Linear economy is change
buy circular economy due to the two major questions which arise in context to the linear
economy. That is, is there is infinite resources, is the project waste material is safe or beneficial
for environment, answer of these question is no. Resources are finite and they can be produce
within the time and project waste are very harmful for the environment. So in context to these
issues some members of the United nation suggested to change linear economy structure into the
circular economic structure.

Key elements of circular economy
Circular economy model is involving different guidelines and criteria to produce
effective projects from resources, such as according to this model product should be design with
the capability of durability and recyclability. So that waste product material it can be reused for
the further more production of product. And in this case waste is can again converted into the
raw material for product development. This model increases the production of recyclable
products, such as crap material, electronic products etc. Business organization half to focus on
effective waste recycle under which company cannot use any other extra resources. In order to
save resources and money. This model is also involving self-reduce factor, according to which
organizations and consumers can contribute in the reduction of waste production, by making the
effective and long-term use of resources and products.
Advantage of the circular economy over the linear economic structure
As much as the financial stability and employment of the population increase, then the product
and services demand of population also increase, satisfaction of which is not possible by the linear
economy structure. Linear economy model is not useful or effective to achieve SDG 12 objective.
Sustainable development goal 12 is comprises of the objectives and guidelines which involves the
responsible consumption and production, this is one of the sustainable development goal developed by
the United nation. This involves the guidelines for effective use of resources and sustainable
infrastructure along with the, effect service, green and decent job with better quality of life. So in that
situation circular economy is considered as the best economy structure, because this can offer the
opportunity of sustainable business and this can also contribute in the prevention of air and water
pollution. This can also help in the reduction of investment related to waste cleaning and management, by
the effective transformation of waste into the usable product. This model is beneficial because under this
non-biodegradable waste material is can be used as a resources for the product development, which is not
possible under the linear economy structure.
