system meeting all changes with the retention of talented staffs. Bringing innovation raising
brand image and various other elements are being included in strategic plan of Cire.

The most important challenge that can be identified in business plan of Cire includes
talent management issue. This means retaining talented and skilled employees is one of the
major issue associated with Cire business and strategic plan.
Impact, challenges, changes and effective measures:
It has severe impact over Cire and its development practices. It may be in the form of
loosing competitive position or leading position in the market. The major impact will be over the
company in terms of non accomplishment of its goals. This is because since employees are the
asset of every company and non retention of talented employees with the company may lead to
severe ham to company in the long run.
However, Cire can meet this challenge by implementing effective leadership style in its
workplace. For meeting this situation Cire can opt democratic form of leadership style wherein it
can raise participation of employees while taking decisions Fiaz, Su, & Saqib (2017). As it raise
involvement of employees so it will enhance employee's satisfaction and thereby raises their
retention rate.
One of the major change that could be considered as changing technological trends and
raising competency level Martín-Gutiérrez (2017). For meeting this changes Cire have to provide

guide and team working. Limitation was lack of technological knowledge or making use of tools
in learning and teaching. I found that I became frustrated easily at the time of work pressure and
change. I want to improve my skill of working under pressure (Brown and et.al., 2018). So with
the help of seniors and personal development plan with effective resources I can improve this
skill. During presentation I managed work based relationship with open or direct communication
and active listening skill. I believe that it is important to communicate organization’s
commitment with students and all stakeholders. So by conducting team and face to face
communication I did this.

Two topics which are selected for PD programs for trainers are:
blending online and face to face training:
Blending learning is becoming famous nowadays, which is the combination of face to face and
online learning. Here training is done via online platforms only with face to face discussion. The
trainee have to give online module where they get theoretical knowledge, and they are controlled
by the trainer who are always present to solve the query of trainee in the face to face sessions.
Face to face training means training is given by person only but with the help of technology.
Introduction to the National VET System:
The council has agreed for carrying the introduction for the VET activity for data gathering and
reported to RTO to commence in 2014. Thus training organizations who are registered have to
implement the policies to collect VET information.
