Introduction
The cosies insulation is since three years in the organization for insulation installation in the
customer’s home. This company has twenty staff members & 8 sales members. For
increasing the sales the team of the call centre will call the customers and script the phone
call for the appointment of the sales team. The team of sale will visit the homes of the
customer & evaluate the need of the insulations. After evaluation, in 2-3 days the quotation &
email receive to close the sale. When the call is not answered the team leader will maintain
the sheet to track the customers. The sheet is transmitting to sales reps. Most of the time the
appointment was not properly allocated with the scripted calls this will irritate the sales Reps.
To improve the sales the Company decides to introduce the software for managing the sales
as the software will automatically make calls & script the calls, retrieve the data from the
bank. If the call was not answered then the software makes the reminder & also rank the sales
lead. The software will allow sending the postcode & addressing with geolocation & enter the
measurement & specification on the devices and at same time quotation receives to close the
sale. It will also generate the reports like commission report, sales & activity report.
In this assignment, make the To-Be diagram that is the implementation of the IS-A diagram,
Then compare both the diagrams and list the changes due to the implementation of the
software. Screen design includes the Y-frames of the two must user stories & their
acceptance criteria. Now draw the application architecture to depict the business process on
the client side. Draw the ER diagram of the client booking process. Make the report to the
client includes the RFT & about the Scrum organization with its benefits. At last, make the
video for three minutes.

The diagram explains the future process of the company named as cosies insulation, it
contains the software used by the call centre to make the calls if all the calls answered the call
will be recorded automatically & scripted & if not it will make a reminder to again call. Sales
reps will qualify the leads & make the appointments & will enter the details of the
requirements of insulation on the software. After entering the details, an instant quote will be
received & sale will be close. Customers get the installed insulation & management by
utilizing the software generate the reports & many other reports like activity, geographical,
etc. this will end the process.
The designing of the new To-be process the emphasis to make sure that it provides the
company what it will hope to compete with this. It will use the various methodologies like
modeling the real-time, brainstorming & old blackboards, etc. The main point at the stage is
to be normal as possible, explain the activities, easily understood the idealizing. The

activities must be connected in the proper order, activities should be defined of the process,
the objective is required to be completely defined & develop the parallel among the activities.
To analysis the comparison & gaps, the process must be better & different from the current
process. It is important to build a comparison among the current result that is obtained by the
result that needs to reach. Analyse & design the infrastructure of information technology, this
is the important stage in the designing process & it will often not seriously taken. Define To-
be process in the IT infrastructure without utilizing the resources & compromising the
performance more than important. Simulation, Acceptance & testing model, the process of
the simulation of To-be is what the process is in future by utilizing the current technology
will help to get the result with the confidence & certainty & the next is Deployment the
creation of plan (Carvalho et al., 2015, p. 166-181).

received in 2-3 days to close the sale. But after the software is introduced the call will make
& scripted automatically & also manage the sheet & provide the dashboard to enter the
description of the insulation. The quotation will receive instantly to close the sale. The
management will also generate many reports like sales & activities etc.
Change in a team of training
The change in the training of the team is before the team will manage everything by their
own but after the software the team required some technical skill to implement or use the
software to make the call, script, manage the sheets. The software is used to send the
geolocation & address on the device of the staff. By the help of software, the team will
generate the reports like activities, etc.
