communication between clients and staffs of the business organization. There is a focus on the
telecommunication management, networking management, and communication for the selected
organization. Here, the report will be containing the organization risks, their history, vision, mission,
network security and connectivity, internal IT infrastructure and firewall. Pexa was established in 2010
which works Australia’s online property exchange fields. SUNCORP GROUP is another organization which
is established in 1996 in Australia. It deals with finance, insurance, and banking sector and wants to
improve their work efficiency and engagement impact in the market.

I have selected two organizations which are Pexa and SUNCORP GROUP. Pexa is a small organization
which has less than 500 staffs and SUNCORP GROUP is a large organization which has more than 5000

service in Australia. It also offered complete financial settlements and Land Registries. It delivers an e-

SUNCORP GROUP is an insurance company that gives their service in the banking, insurance, and
finance sector in Australia and New Zealand. It is the largest bank in Australia that is given the loaning
and deposits customer money. It provides their service in the business banking, life insurance,
commercial insurance, CTP (Compulsory Third Party) and general insurance. The mission of SUNCORP
GROUP is to create a better today for their customer, shareholders, stakeholders, communities, and
people. This means they can live well today and make a plan for tomorrow life. The vision of SUNCORP
GROUP is to make the market value of an organization that is beneficial to achieve their scale and
efficiencies (Suncorp,2018).

OTP on registered number during the login process and After entering the OTP, users can access
