management of every institution has the responsibility to carry out the activities in the
development of society, economy and environment of country. CSR activities help in attain the
confidence and loyalty of consumers towards the services of financial institutions. It plays a huge
role in maintenance of long term relationship with consumers and accomplishment of their
business targets. Citibank is multinational financial institution which provides their services in
more than 19 countries. There are many services are provided by Citibank like credit card,
mortgages, personal loans, commercial loans etc.
