users to handle the task in proper manner. This report will discuss about the city college that
should develop database system to manage all the details of library management system. This
assignment will describe the concept of universal design to web pages and also understand for
operates an effective information system to meet the significant enterprise needs. This report will
discuss about the database system to create different tables and establish relationship between
them. In this report website screenshots of library management system has been attached, all the
SQL commands that are used to to create tables and insert vales in the tables have also been
attached, with data dictionary of the database ( Shih, Hwang and Chu, 2018 ). In this report
navigation forms are also attached which helps the users to easily access any web page in detail.

made will help the staff and members of the city college to access the library management

for insertion of book or author details or it is for extraction of publishers or members details etc.

Librarian should note that book_id in book table and author table should match.
Before creating an account members of the library need to register themselves with their
member type in the database.
While filling the details no column should be left blank and garbage value should not be
filled into the database system.
All the permissions to access the library management system should only be provided to
the librarian of the city college as he will be the only person who will enter details related
to the book and author into the database.

This form is indicated the navigation form where all forms access by choosing the
options such as click on “Book” to open form of “Book details”. In this way, it easy for user to
access the details and also check the availability of book in the library. With the help of these
navigation forms user can easily access all the form in a simple and easy manner.
