Role of the Information Technology Systems implemented in an organization integrating
with complete corporate strategy.
Information System strategy or IS strategy is a very essential part of a business management
system. Strategy of Information systems defines a careful procedure or an art of employing. This
employing strategy or art is being utilized for employing a workforce in the field of politics,
psychology and economy of a business unit. The processes have done by corporation to make the
force who can provide their own maximum support to the policies which is already adopted by
the corporation (Laudon et al., 2016). Hence, for the growth in the psychology, politics and
economic sectors, the idea of Information System strategy plays an important role for the
corporation.
However, by overviewing the above mentioned blocks we can be familiar with the question that
what is called Information System strategy. According to the research, it was proven already that
87% of Leading Corporation of businesses relies on the idea of Information System strategy and
the leading corporation admits that it had achieved a successful goal in its strategy and
management thinking after working according to strategy of Information Systems (Dwivedi et
al., 2015). This strategy or idea is effectively proven in the management as well as in the field of
strategy making or may be called decision-making field.
The strategy of Information System idea plays an essential role in the management of supply
chain or SCM. This management of supply chain is a kind of strategy for achieving the
corporation targets. The corporation finds several ways for flexibility and responsiveness to
improve by altering its operation, technology and management strategies (Christopher, 2016). As

days are passing, the essentialities of Information System strategy enhances for the organization
or corporation. Several corporations utilize these strategies by understanding the value of the
strategies of the information systems.
Therefore, we will be going to discuss about the three conceptions of strategy of Information
Systems by which a corporation can be classified in the literature. As we have the knowledge of
Information systems already and the utilizations by corporations across the world from the above
sectors.
So now we are going to discuss about the three conceptions right below:
Conception 1: Utilization of Information System in order to support the strategy of
business
In this conception type, the business units utilize the IS strategy to support their operation in
business strategy of management. This conception suggests that the initiation of an IS strategy
which is to be linked with the accomplished strategy of business (Limaj et al., 2016). However,
we have discussed about the conception 1 and by net we are going to explain about the next
conception type.
Conception 2: Master plan of Information system function
In this conception type, the business unit utilizes the strategy of Information systems as the
master plan or core plan of information system functions (Neugebauer, 2016). Conception 2 is
extremely predominant among all the types. When an organization utilize the IS strategy as a
core plan of the function of information system, it provides the business unit a clear and wide
view of strategy of IS than the conception type 1. Therefore, we have vastly described about the

conception 1 and 2 and hence we are moving towards the third type of conception that is
mentioned aside.
Conception 3: A shared view of Information system roles within an organization
We have previously explained about the two types of conceptions which represent a low order
concept than this conception 3 type. Therefore, there are some limitations for the conception 3.
This kind of conception is called as organization or business centric conception and there are
limitations that are generally means that it returns a top-down stance of information system
strategy within the corporation (Lim, 2016).

Overview of the System
This system is utilized to store the details of books, members and authors in the design. The
designs of the system have been created so that it can make full utilization of the system for
effective storing of data and also it is beneficial for data manipulation (Pearlson et al., 2016).
Accessing the reports
The employees or staffs will be capable for accessing the reports by just pointing on the area of
report within the system. There are certain types of reports which the employees will be capable
for fetching the information regarding age, names of members, report and specific author’s
written books (Beynon-Davies, 2013). The staffs could alter just the name of the authors and
present the report along with checking the underage members within the system.
Accessing the forms
Accessing the form is a very easy process especially for the staffs and it is simpler to navigate
the operation after fetching the forms. After the form updates and entering new data, they can
only require to press the enter key and the data will be saved (Petrovic et al., 2017).
