This activity is for the learners to do a peer to peer assessment, two learners will
ask each other questions, which are set out below, and record the answers in
this document, they will also give each other feedback and in addition exchange
this document, which will form part of their overall portfolio. The tutor will
observe and provide verbal feedback, during the session.

Q1 – HOW AND WHERE DO YOU PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNERS TO
PROVIDE YOU WITH FEEDBACK ON YOUR TEACHING PRACTICE?
There is key role of feedback and it helps me to know about my areas of weakness. This
enhances the teaching practices and one is able to provide best to the students. The
feedback on students must be taken on regular intervals.

WITH OTHER PROFESSIONALS, SUCH AS TEACHERS, OTHER STAFF AND ANY
OUTSIDE STAKEHOLDERS?
There is need of professional communication to interact with the stakeholders in university
and school. The use of verbal communication is done at the time of working hours. The use
of notice and e-mail is also done to enhance the relations with them and communicate the
important information.

ii. IF YOU HAD A LEARNER WHO HAD SOME FORM OF A LEARNING

DIFFICULTY, HOW WOULD YOU HELP THEM?
There is key role of inclusive practice at the time of teaching. By communicating with them
and regularly interacting with them I will understand the problem. It is also important to
provide them with necessary resources that can help them.
iii. HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE YOU ARE FULLY COMPLYING WITH THE INTERNAL
AND EXTERNAL ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS?
By checking the performance of the students and asking them about the requirements, I
am able to know the work done by them. The use of different case studies is necessary to
check the requirements.

It is one of the easiest form of assessment. The use of questions and answers help to know
about the progress of the students. The question and answers are included in formative
and summative assessment
Q5 – WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF USING A GRADING FORM AND WHY DO YOU
MARK YOUR LEARNERS SCRIPTS?
It helps to check the progress level of the students. The use of grading form helps me at
the time of delivering the lessons in the class. It must be used by teachers.
Q6 – HOW AND WHY DO YOU LET OTHER COLLEAGUES AND STAKEHOLDERS
KNOW LEARNER ACHIEVEMENT?
To let them know about the progress made by learners I tell them the achievement. Also,
when I need help at a point of time, I do share the progress of the students.

Scheme of work is basic way of teaching and I use the same to help the students to learn
effectively. It makes it easy for me to deliver the session.
