The watching video and reading of the literary source on “Defining Citizenship and Civic

style on the development program of the project. The students should participate in the face

program because it helps in building leadership style in them. They can opt project manager
as their future career.
The performance of the project can be improved by deploying the principle of civic and
social responsibility strategy in the working operational plan of the organization. The
stakeholder should actively participate to indulge social responsibility for managing the
resources and assets according to the project requirement. The positive contribution of the
stakeholder helps in evaluating the success and failure measures of the project management.
Traditionally, the success of the project depends upon the contribution of the leader in the
development of strategic plan in the direction of project goal and objectives. Presently, the
success of the project can be measured by the amalgamated approach of team members in
completing the designed project activities schedule.
Concept of Civic and Social Responsibility:
The Civic and Social responsibility can be defined as the accumulative process for managing
the behaviours, action plan, and attitudes of the members of a community towards the
common goal and objective. The commitment towards the work should be shown so that the
societal problems can be effectively resolved. The project engagement plan should be
developed for providing right authority to the right person. The differentiation and
discrimination should not be done on the basis of caste, creed, religion, language, sex, and
region (Smith, 2012). Every team member should be provided with equal opportunities to
explore their devotion, skills, and expertise towards the project improvement. The active
participation of the internal and external stakeholders in completing their designed task
within the given period of time and cost is the civic and corporate social responsibilities. The
quality of the project outcome can be improved by following the ethical code of conduct in

skills, and expertise. The quality of work should be provided within the policy framework of
the enterprise.

The reputation of the project can be improved by implementing the framework of CSR
policies and principles within the operational plan of the enterprise. The reliability of the
project increases with the help of managing interaction between team members. The
remuneration program should be arranged for employees for positive motivation. The
financial aids and performance appraisal helps in increasing the connectivity of the
stakeholders with the working plan of the enterprise. The increasing growth and reputation of
the company helps in attracting investors from the global level. The deployment of the CSR
program plays vital role in improving the leadership of the member participants of the project
(Karmillia, 2015). The good and healthy working condition motivates the employees to

the market competitors. The CSR program focuses on incorporating ethical behaviour within
the organization in managing resources, flow of information and data, authority and control,

sustainability is the clear objective of following social responsibility (Kaufmann, 2012). The
occurrence of chaos and conflicts can be minimised within the working environment.
Negative Side of Civic and Social Responsibility:
The aim and objective of the people e distracted by the social responsibilities adopted in their
behaviour. The individual aim is lost in the light of social responsibility. The person works in
the betterment of other and forgets to earn profit from their hard work (Gottleib, and
Robinson, 2002). The failure of the Civic and social responsibility will result in the
degradation of the company’s growth. The cost of the project gets increased by enabling the
training program for awareness of the employees towards their social responsibilities for the
benefit of the company. Lack of CSR principles in the undertaken project can results in the
project failure

sustainability of the project. The increment in the reputation of the company helps in
increasing the turnover and financial stability of the company because the number of
investors increases in the completion of undertaken project (Hansen, 2008). The ethical code
of conduct helps in guiding the human values and principles to adopt ethical behaviour in the
working program of the enterprise. The risks and uncertainty associated with the project can
be easily identified in the project initiation by the active participation of the employees. The
racial discrimination should not be allowed in the enterprise and equal opportunities should
be given to show their talent and skills. The commitments and strategies for the people should
be designed in the project planning so that required authority and control will be provided to
them to finish the given task within the approved time boundary and cost (Geethamani,
2017). The values, behaviour, and attitude should be given privilege in developing the
communication plan for systematic management of company’s policies, principles, laws.

It can be concluded that the people should indulge and incorporate the behaviour of a leader
in completing their day to day work activities. The CSR program focuses on incorporating
ethical behaviour within the organization in managing resources, flow of information and
data, authority and control, sensitivity and confidentiality of the business information, respect
for others, and others.
