Completion of your Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Completed the graduation degree from the reputed Dawns School of Engineering and
Management. Was equally useful in both the practical and the academics. I have received 9.0
CGP and was awarded the best student of the year award.
A previous internship or vacation placement, ideally within a consulting environment
I have done two internships. One with the Boston Builder Brothers from 2017 and was engaged
in the technical department from June 2017 to December 2017. Successfully completed the
second internship in the South Racion Industries in the consultancy department and was involved
with various projects and in the various department, which gave a holistic view of the trade. The
experience which was gathered from this internship will surely help me in the application of the
knowledge and the skill in the department. The tasks which I have completed in these two
internships have helped in developing aptitudes in the analysis, problem-solving as well the
communication skill.
Intermediate AutoCAD and ACAD skills
Have skills in the layout drawing and have technical expertise in the drawings. Have a good
understanding of the construction and the manufacturing process and good knowledge in the
designing process as well. I have an additional CAD diploma from the Narula Institute of
Technology and have ranked second in the inter-college competition for layout drawing.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office

Equipped with mail merging in the Word to personalize the business letters for the entire mailing
list and creating graphics posters with heavy documents in the publisher. Creating slideshows in
the PowerPoint. Is equipped with creating formulas in the excel access is to create a list and other
information. In the outlook can create an address book for the autoresponders. It is also equipped
with creating OneNote and InfoPath, which can be used in advancing the knowledge depending
on the place of the business.
A passion for Civil Engineering and land development industry
Very passionate about the work as a civil engineer as the work allows and influences other
people to relax, live, learn as well as work. I think I am helping society to become more
advanced by the adoption of the new infrastructure, and the challenges which are brought with
the new technologies is very interesting to me. I think the projects are very versatile and there is
a new range of projects which makes the job even more interesting.
High level of written and verbal communication skills
As a secretary of the literary Club in the college from 2018-2019, it was essential for me to have
a high level of communication skills in order to execute my responsibilities. For example, I was
responsible for framing a strategy for the new membership, and I was also involved with making
high telephonic contacts and group presentations. My work also included writing invitations,
information sheets, as well as advertising posters. My work in the literary group promoted nearly
twenty percent increase in the literary club membership for over a period of 12 months
The ability to thrive in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly
As mentioned above, I have worked in several group projects; therefore, I have hands-on
experience for the same. I have a great initiation in understanding mt teammates and their role.

Therefore I am able to recognize that a fast pace environment requires a team effort in order to
achieve a common goal. It is common to make a mistake, but I always have a backup plan for
such a changing time. One of my plus points is I am able to multi-task, which is great in handling
the several responsibilities at once and change quickly in the needful situation.
A desire to embrace our vision and values and make a positive contribution to achieving
team goals
Working towards the goal of the organization is very much embedded in me. As I was involved
in a variety of project work before, therefore, I am equipped with this. In one of the projects of
the NGO, I was volunteering for I worked for the goal and the organization. Firstly got clarity on
the structure of the team and had a regular conversation with the supervisor in order to
understand the goal and objective of the team. I also focus on the short term as well as the long
term objective, which helped in seeing the big picture and achieve the immediate task.
An ability to work in a team
In both the university studies and in the internships, I was involved with required me to work
extensively with the teams. The internship in Boston has involved me cooperatively with the
agents in preparation and accessing the schedule. The project report prepared by me after regular
field trips were in collaboration with the team. Additionally, the university study completed by
me involved me in 18 group projects, which was both in written as well as in verbal form. Most
recently, the group I was part of was awarded an ‘A.’ This involved also conducting regular
group meetings and drafting as well as redrafting the report in collaboration with my lecturer.
