The idea of cosmopolitanism in recent years has been explored as a moral theory,
political philosophy and a disposition of cultural idealism. Cultural exchange and global
configurations in these context becomes cosmopolitan. Learning itself needs to become
cosmopolitan. The relevance of the article is the development of international cultural
exchange, the improvement and progress of interstate relations, the deepening of mutual
understanding between nations - one of the characteristic features of modernity.
Improving cultural exchange is a powerful incentive in developing the creative
potential of nations, intensifying the process of reciprocal influence and mutual enrichment of
national cultures (Eriksen, 2016). Therefore, it is important to understand the diverse nature
of relations between national cultures, an adequate assessment of the significance of their
national color and identity, which not only do not oppose the development of universal
culture, but are also a necessary condition for enriching this process.
Political meaning of locating transnational networks and intercultural experiences
Comparative studies give opportunities to examine contextualized dilemmas that
reveals the individualistic limitations to responses on culture. It also reveals the intercultural
experiences between aboriginal Australian students to their culturalism. Teachers come from
all over the world to see the interactions between international trends and gain an insight on
highly comparative educational theories needed (Tarozzi, & Torres, 2016). This requires a
new approach to the development around the old idea of cosmopolitanism. It also supports

state. The working definition of cosmopolitanism should be aimed in identifying self-

individualistic community in which cultures are born.

culture in important ways. The most significant process shaping the global consensus focus
on social cultural framings that impact the global and economic systems and transnational
social actors. Competing knowledge on globalization undergird the diverse perspectives and
methodologies in expanding the fields of research. Globalization in education cannot be
viewed as beneficial or harmful but it depends on an individual’s position, values, priorities
