Review: Civil law
Definition: Civil law can be described as a policy which helps in maintenance of law and order
in the given business organization. It is derived from Roman law and governs the daily
functioning of the society at large.
Summary: Articles in the given textbook describe the various laws that are present with
reference to a given organization These laws have been developed over the last few years and
this has been discussed thoroughly in the book selected. The primary law chosen for the given
act is the Civil Law (Watkin, 2017). The book makes an introduction of the topic and applies
theoretical framework to explain the varying concepts
In order to identify the various dimensions of law and order in given society, techniques
of how to not fall in the trap and others have been state to guide the citizens.
Discussion: As the business environment have become a rather big issue and people are
constantly indulging in deals therefore, this article talks about the civil laws and their relation to
the business environment (Watkin, 2017). Business policies are now being linked with the
various laws and this journal throws light on the various civil law policies and their development
within the given time frame. The importance of law along with some practical examples has been
given.

feedback. I would like to state that the article chosen by you was detailed and was directly

related to the given topic of Business Management Issues. . However, although the ideas are well
presented and defined, I suggest that better journals could have been used in order to present the
give idea. You can also take up problems related to transportation and related employee
satisfaction in the given analysis. It was observed that the problem of the irrelevant journal may
form a hindrance to the different presentations of the review. Secondly, the reference to the Bible
quotes have been used many times which was not required.
