For commencing the earth-moving work at the Western Sydney Airport site to begin by late
2018 and for secure and effective functions to commence in year 2026, various activities are
to be followed. The Western Sydney Airport is one of the important infrastructure project
commenced by CPB contractors. This project of Western Sydney Airport will be helpful in
shaping the future of Western Sydney Airport. It will link the developing regions to the
world. This project will also render various jobs to the people.
Various authorities are required to contribute to the Western Sydney Airport. RPS specialists
are required to give contribution to the multi-disciplinary group controlled by the GHD to
make Environmental Impact Statement of the Western Sydney Airport as key document to
consider the impact of Western Sydney Airport on the environmental metrics as well as social
metrics. The team of RPS specialists are very much essential to give critical data as well as
technical suggestion to Environmental Impact Statement involving the planning, land
influence review as well as community’s health evaluation. RPS specialists are required to
give technical suggestions, transactional suggestion, and commercial advice. They also
required to have delivery as well as initial operational authority for the dedicated project
development. Additionally, the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development is a
controller of Western Sydney Airport project. The Department of Infrastructure and Regional
Development is accountable for the flight path design, approval of growth, Forum upon
Western Sydney Airport and planning rail with NSW.
When WSA Co was first established in 2017, the authority sought the expertise of consultants

relations by making the solid mission statement and the positive group-based environment. It
is required to reinforce the workplace relations through setting the perfect expectation,
working continuous communication, and providing response on time to the positive
workplace behaviour as well as the worker’s problems or apprehensions.
For the success of Western Sydney Airport project, it is required to promote healthy
relationship between the workers and managers. Following are the method to maintain the
good relations between the managers and employees-
1. Send clear messages – it is necessary to make the clear as well as brief airport plan
and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The airport plan, flight path design plan
and Environmental Impact Statement should be distributed to all the workers and co-
workers involved in Western Sydney Airport project. The plan and statement should
state the aim of the project. It is also required to make discussion with the workers
that how the airport plan and statement fits with individual values of workers as well
as role in organisation. It is also required that the organisation should conduct the
regular meeting of workers to highlight the organisation’s present activities and
discuss how the workers are doing work to get the mission and aim of this project
(Biggs, Swailes and Baker, 2016).
2. Make the strong team- For maintaining the god relations; it is required to promote
the teamwork by the informal team-making activities as well as formal activities.
Good relations in a workstation thrive while people realize themselves as the part of

and respect between the employees and managers as well as co-workers. It will lead
to great teamwork, invention, and effectiveness in the workstation (Gardner and

expectation of group should communicate to the managers directly and regularly. The
managers should set the high performance expectation. They should focus on the
significance of the role of all the workers to the success of project. The manager
should make focus on maintaining the good relations with the team. The two-way
communication can be effective to communicate the sustainability plan, construction
plan, as well as community and stakeholder engagement plan. The workers and co-
workers involved in project are required to feel appreciated as contributors contribute
to the final services and the products of a corporation (Glasby, et. al, 2015).
4. Set goals- for the success of the Western Sydney Airport project, the WSA Co should
set the simple and assessable objectives for individual staff member. The workers
should know that how to do, what to do and how well work should be done as well as
where to go for the assistance. In the end, the complete job details should be provided.
The training regarding the project should be conducted with the feedbacks from
managers. In the addition of this, the workers should clearly know what makes the
acceptable work of project and exactly how the performance would be evaluated.
5. Express appreciation- it is necessarily required that the reward should be given for
