The Professional Practice Research report Module as a whole permitted me to
understand the specific areas of the civil litigation laws in a profound way, and through this
module, it developed a sense of interest in order to know about the topic even more. These
kinds of modules provide a practical sense to the understanding of the issue with profound
impacts upon the subject matter. This research methodology had helped me in understand the
various intricate details in the legislations that were proposed. Not only that, but it also
helped me in the understanding of the topic in a much lovely way. It helped me not only to
understand the topic but also to understand the various measures that were imposed in the
fields of civil litigation procedures. Research enhances the knowledge even more for which
the various conceptions regarding the problem become more transparent and evident. Not
only it helps us to gain knowledge, but it also helps in the executing process in order to
understand the various procedures in the field of law.
This research method helps in understanding the details of the case study provided.
Through this method, a stepwise process is instigated. This research methodology helped me
in understanding the case, which brought a remarkable in the fields of civil litigation. Not
only that, but it also helped in understanding the details of the levels of the problems and the
stepwise reforms that were necessary for bringing the policies in execution. For example, the
errands inside the areas the civil litigation procedures that had restricted the costs relating to
the Intermediate and the fast track case procedures. I believed that it would encounter me in
arrears that brought remarkable changes in the fields of litigation. It was a constant procedure
all through the module, with the mainstream of errands being accomplished before the end of
October. In addition to that, I wanted to challenge my research skills and bring out the details
of the case studies that were important in understanding the steps and the reformations that
were made in the civil litigation procedures. Although it has been an excellent experience, it
is a very elaborate process as it requires much understanding, patience, and research. This

method is proved to be a very successful method in order to determine and learn the various
stages of the understanding of the topic and the various ways in which such reformations
came into practice. Through this procedure, I got an elegant idea and knowledge about the
subject matter of the topic and the various reformations that it brought in the standard law
procedures. It not only enhances the knowledge but also increases the interest of the reader
through this process of research.
This methodology has proved to be a successful method in order to understand a topic
and the details regarding the topic through a detailed and thorough research procedure. Hence
I would prefer to use this methodology, especially in situations where I need to research a
case. It has been active and efficient in bringing out the topic in light of the civil procedures
followed in the country.
