PERSONAL
STATEMENT

Civil service behaviour, as known are different action that people perform which help
them in managing the performance in effective way. Looking at the skills possess by me and
experience of mine used to give clear idea that I am very high on civil service behaviour. I
believe that biggest strength of mine is managing time and self-motivated and I also believe this
two skill of mine are prioritize skill in managing Civil Service Behaviour of different individual.
As time management assist me in having good sort of time left to review my work before
jumping to another task. This helps me in considering mistake which has been done by me and
improve the same in given time frame, this eventually used to help me in performing the
effective performance in carrying out my job role. At the same time self-motivated generally
help me in getting ready to accept all type of challenges very easily and effectively. This help me
in understanding the task in better way and help me in enhancing my performance in regard to
job role which is carried out by me in organization. This ultimately shows Civil service
Behaviour of mine in the organization.
Another skill which I believe used to help me in maintaining my posture in different
difficult situation is Communication skill of mine. I always find it very easy to understand point
of view of other in the organization and pass on the best result of same as well. As it has been
identified that this help me in presenting my civil service behaviour in efficient. Hence,
communication help me in being more clear about variety of different activity which has to be
carried out by me in the organization, it helps me in improving performance of mine. Looking at
the experience possess by me was working as Customer Liaison Advisor, this has helped me in
building good evaluation power of mine. I was responsible to check any sort of damage after first
inspection. Also, this job role has asked me to communicate with customer as well which has
eventually helped me in shaping my communication skill. Hence, this shows that I am very high
on Civil service Behaviour. Experience working as Workshop Progress Chaser and Vehicle
inspector has also helped me in getting good sort of knowledge about how to maintained
patience in different situation. Hence, it has eventually helped me in getting good sort of
confidence in regard to enhancing my Civil service Behaviour.
Experience and skills are the one which has been learned by me with the help of
professional commitment of mine but the thing which has helped me the most is the education.
As I believe that all the thing which has been learnt by me was due to clear basics of mine and
this basic has been developed by me at the time of studying Business and management. Hence, it

is very much clear from my skills, experience and education that I am very high on civil service
behaviour.
