many paths of opportunuties because they cannot afford it. They also can not take care of the
workers of the organization. Even they can not afford new costly technologies and cannot start
new project because of the lack of the money. From the time the UK Government has given the

Conclusion
In this study, the nature of Small to medium Enterprises (SME) is discussed. It shows the
advantages and disadvantages of small or medium business. Here, the growth, demand,
development and current stage of the consultancy Clarasys discussed. Clarasys follows some
strategies for the growth of their company. They trainned their workers so that they cannot do
any mistake and can do their work so skillfully. If they use new technologies the work of the
workers or staffs will be done with more skillfully and efficiency. This study also shows the
current growth of the consultancy, Clarasys and by which the development of the company in the
present can be known. This consultancy service was founded in 2010 but there is lot of
differences between the past days and present days. Clarasys took the help of Government and
grows a lot in last few years. But still, the consultancy can not be agreed as a big enterprise. If, in
future they follows all of the strategies, it may be possible that it can developed as a big
enterprises.
