MANAGEMENT LEADERSHIP
Management is the process of planning,
organising, staffing, directing and controlling
of organisation activities.(Leadership and
management, 2017).
These kinds of skills are gained by peoples
after training as well as it is not having skills
from birth.
Management are having their own guidelines
which are to be followed by them during the
job within the organisation. Hence, they are not
allowed to take their own ideas and innovation.
Leadership skills aid companies in performing
their task in an innovative way. Hence, by this
it increase the level of productivity.
The managers are need to use different
concepts while performing their job and make
a enterprise successful.
Leaders need to follow the path from where
they can give advantages to the company as
well as meet the objectives.
The management should know all issues which
are faced by their workers.
The leaders are having duties to solve all issues
which are raised among workers within firms.
Management gain workers trust by providing
higher motivation by providing them what they
want.
Leadership is possible when having mutual
trust within each other.
If they are having good skills of management it
doest mean that they are having skills of
leadership.
If they are having better leadership skills then it
mean that they are also having skills of
management.

There are different styles of leadership that should be applied by leaders for motivating

In this leadership style, leaders include
workers at a time of decision making of
the organisation. They are also allowed
to provide their views and ideas. But
proper authority is with leader only.
In this leadership style, the authority
of making a decision among the
leaders only so that they can take a
effective decisions.
It do not make any modifications in the
process of making decisions (Chen and
et. al., 2014).
In each company where huge numbers
of workers are working then they use
this kinds of leadership style as they
take decisions by their own.
Therefore, the workers are given equal
opportunity to share their views and
ideas as well as show their creativity.
In this leadership style, the plans are
also made by leaders and implemented
by employees as per leaders guidance.
Autocratic leadership style is implemented when they have to take a decision which is
