What So What Now What
I have started going in
classroom lectures from
previous month and I have
planned to write a journal log
every week after the lecture
was over. The journal log will
be containing reflection on my
learning and skills
development in relation to the
degree course.
As I entered in the classroom
for attending the lectures I saw
that some students are not
sitting on their own seat and
From today's learning
regarding classroom
environment, I have
decided that my
learning and skills
development is my
priority. And behaviour
of other students will
not affect my learning
and skills development.
And I will make efforts
to make other students
understand that, they
should behave
First of all, I have
decided to talk with my
classroom faculty
regarding the
behaviour of
disrespectful
classmates and how
they behave with other
classmates. And they
are not co-operative at
all. They also lack
social skills. I will
suggest some ways to
teacher like, there must

they are busy in talking with
each other and they are
creating nuisance and
disturbance in classroom.
I have felt very bad
after seeing the
classroom
environment. At that
time faculty is not in
the class due to some
other work related with
degree course. And
when, teacher came
back after completing
the work, I told the
faculty everything that
has happened in the
class regarding the
classroom
environment. There is
only one group of 7-8
students who are
ignorant. Other
students also don't like
them because, they are
disturbing everyone.
I have suggested the
faculty the ways to
handle the ignorant
students. So that, they
properly. Because,
good and positive
environment is
essential for focussing
on degree course.
First of all, I will not
focus more on such
disrespectful behaviour
of students and I will
deal with them
patiently. Then I will
suggest some useful
ways to classroom
faculty regarding how
to handle such ignorant
students and how to
improve their
behaviour (Best,
2017).

Another way that I will
suggest to my faculty is
that, there must be a
meeting of the non-
disciplined students
once in a week with
principal.
After using the above two
ways if, there is no
improvement in their
behaviour then, teacher must
approach to their parents and
should arrange meeting with
them.
Consequences of the
above suggestions may
be as follows- Teacher
will take some strict
actions regarding
ignorant students
which will results in
improvement in the
behaviour.
By implementing
classroom management
plan, discipline among
students will also
improve.

behaviour of some of
the classmates with me
is not friendly and they
are not giving answer
in positive way

have asked them to

not disciplined. They

with other students.
