Introduction
Many problems have been detected in the course of the classroom management and some
solutions should also be made available so these problems can be curbed down.
The main problems that have been found in this scenario are regarding the interactions
with the children in the classroom and identifying their behavioral practices and their
approach to the study practices.
The educational psychology and its theories are to be implemented (Sieberer-Nagler,
2016).
Importance of proper classroom management
The teachers should always follow a proper plan of action that would lead them to meet
up these challenges properly.
The disciplinary actions within the classrooms must be implemented properly so the
issues could be resolved within a short span of time indeed.
In order to curb down all these problems, one must take up the proper actions through
which the disciplines among the students can manage everything properly.
The children become puzzled most of the times when they do not get the proper
opportunity to complete their lessons and also engage in behavioral problems with their
friends (Jones, Bailey & Jacob, 2014).
Problems for classroom management

Most of the times it has been noticed that instructions given by the teachers are very
much complicated (Sieberer-Nagler, 2016). This is why they lag behind and cannot
follow the instructions properly indeed.
Behavioral issues of children
In the course of classroom management, students are provided with such tasks that are
very complicated as compared to the messages of the student.
Apart from the ability of the students regarding their classroom appearance, one of the
biggest challenges that the teachers have to face is due to their behavioral approaches.
Mostly, the behaviors of the students are not up to the mark regarding what it should be
(Stough et al., 2015). There are some techniques on how these behavioral issues could be
resolved within the classrooms.
Strategies for classroom management
There are some situations where the student behaviors are extreme and teachers find it
very difficult to cope up with them.
The implementation of the behavioral approach should be made by teachers to understand
the reasons for that kind of behavior by the student (Sieberer-Nagler, 2016).
Otherwise, it would be almost impossible for the teachers to manage that kind of
disruptive behavior.
If the teachers are able to identify the reasons, they could definitely find out some ways
through which they could make several choices to restrict the disruptive behaviors of the
student (Stough et al., 2015).
