Motivation for Full Effort
Students does not always give full effort to the task but through a reward system the
students will be full motivated.
Completed Homework and Projects
Promoting the student in grasping the lesson can work by rewarding the students.
Happy Students
Happy students are successful and we use a reward system to make the student
motivated and achieve their goal. This create a feeling of achievement and pride in
the system and makes them competitive.
