In this given case study, there are three events that needed to be considered as are-
Addressing student needs- To create positive classroom environment I have taken step to
address student needs by providing authentic book and notes (Dubey and Ratnaparkhi, 2017).
The main purpose behind this is to provide proper stuff from which they can study properly.
After addressing this need in classroom, I have analysed that student seems to happier and
various behavioural incidents occurs far less frequently. It has helped me to engaged student
effectively and it increases their learning. Thus, teaching student in well effective procedure
creates a sense of understanding between both of them.
Classroom violence between students- I have intervene in the fight of students while I was
teaching my subject. I did it by engaging their minds and keeping them involved in lesson. I tried
to make changes smoothly so it helps to minimize disruptions. Thus, prevention of classroom
violence is one of my goal to create better and effective classroom environment. I work as to
maintain classroom discipline by predicting troubles and tries to spot changes in their behaviour
so that there can be possibilities to create effective environment.
Management strategies as Christian learning- I have observed one teacher who believes in
Christian thinking with respect to educational practice. He has adopted it, in terms to setting of
unified community of love and learning between parents, children and teachers. It is based on
thinking that education includes gaining of knowledge and having integration of learning, faith
and practices that helps to provide better learning students.

specific referral guides, notes and other study material so that they can expand their learning in
confident manner. I took this step because I saw numbers of behavioural incidents of student
while they were not having particular stuff for learning. By addressing their need I felt that they
use to behave in obedient manner and performance graph of each student has also been
improvised. With help of it, students can able to have proper guide so that they can able to
priorities the things effectively. It has helped me to creates less behavioural incident.
The classroom environment will be consisting of broad range of educational concepts that
is inclusive of educational concepts, physical setting, psychological environment and it can be
achieve with social context, numerous instructional components of teacher characteristics and
behaviours. Thus, one of easiest way to make student learn is to tell them they have the ability to
enhance their learning and teacher should determined their needs with consultation of parents
and other professionals. Hence, positive classroom does not happen it can be created by teacher

he was thinking to create Christian learning for establishing and maintaining environment that is

Fairness- With help of being committed to principle of social justice. opposing prejudice,
dishonesty and injustice. It is essential to treat individual in equal manner so that they can feel
safe and secure.
Late arrival- Late student must report to front office to have their name in attendance. The
promptness is essential in order to maintain positive classroom environment.

them so that he can keep tracking behaviour of student. It will help me to identify about student
who mislead the environment. With help of it, I would have taken some strict action towards
them so it can be improvised.

practice. It will be helpful for me to adopt better strategies and that works as to create better and

and it is essential to show respect for colleagues and students (Sharma, Pathak and Sinha, 2017).
