The first, foremost decision of the Arnell was to expose external inputs. Arnell held
various internal conferences which provide guidelines to the senior team in formulating
their decisions. During the conference the Italian managers focused more on brings the
organization into a profitable situation. All this can be achieved by boost efficiency of the
plant.
Second decision: In an online discussion with the Carlos Sanchez, he suggested to Arnell
how innovation in the product would help Clayton Spa to be a dominant force in the
segment. All this would involve the cost around $15 million investment for 4 years and
could cause restructuring and layoffs.
The third decision was presented by the financial directors. They said that the main focus
of the organization should be on efficiency measures and to restore the profitability.
ANSWER 3:-
It is necessary for the Arnell to consider all his plans again and again before presenting it to
Briggs and Buis when they visit Brescia next week. Arnell should consider his personal
preferences, organizational biases, and strategic motivations before the recommendation of the
plan of action.
As the role of the head of the Italy, his personal preference might towards his own team.

organization. When the Arnell was promoted from head to president, then he considered
that as the career advancing opportunity. (Giorgetti,2016)
When Arnell found that the unionized workforce still enjoyed various benefits, he

Implementing new ideas in the organization can be complex, but the main complex problem is to
convince the bosses to support business plans. Arnell did everything with hard work; it was not

convince their bosses to support these plans than following things should be followed:-
Frame the suggestions as per the goal of the bosses: - when anyone framed their
decisions, then they should keep in their mind how they could help their boss. If the
suggestion is framed for the overall success of the organization, then they must be like by
the bosses.
Everyone should work with very hard efforts and in a true sense which ultimately
producing a good result, through this, there may be more chances of career opportunities
in future.
When the business proposal is formulated then, it should be followed as per proper
guidelines through which project plan can be prepared in a standardized manner and also
like by the bosses. This could lead high chances of occurring supports from the
management in implementing the business plans which is very required for its proper
implementation.

the person who could solve all the problems of the organization. Buis was impressed by the
disciplines and propensity for his bold actions. At last, Arnell proved that Buses makes a right

steps for changing the whole situation.( Di Sabatino, 2014) He made various efforts with the
contribution of their teams. He shows the spirit while conducting the every task. He considers
every promotion in his life as a career advancing opportunities. This philosophy motivates him to
