forward to deliver essential service to the premises owned by the client. It is a small family
business with is looking forward to deliver its service first from the small corporates and airport
cleaning services. The company has scaled its specialization and has expertise knowledge in
skills to offer a range of high quality, international and sustainable services. The company sets
the strategy of designing a sustainable service result that line up with the goals of the
organization.
Opportunity for the service
The reason why the organization has entered the market because it was determined in
facilitating quality management solutions related to the cleanliness of the environment. The
company identifies the need and launch initiatives that helps to reduce the impact on the
environment and bring social and ecological benefits to thousands of people across the globe
(Munns et al, 2016). The opportunity of cleaning the environment has been the aim and motive
of the company. The Dust and Shine targets to provide its facilities in catering services, aviation
and passenger support service, washroom and hygiene and pest controlling at the beginning and

the extend its service to waste management and recycling of the product that will be generated
from the commercials.
This opportunity was chosen by the company because it believed in rendering services at
its best and promised to take care of the essential requirements of the clients. The organization
has a belief on its supporting bodies because they were either experienced and expertise in the
field which they were working before the start-up was constructed and designed. The new
recruited employees were also provided training sessions which made them enhance their skills
(Weber, Anderson and Rutala 2013). The remarkable fact that led to an increase in the
opportunity for the organization to start and grow in the international market is its offering to
work in partnership with the clients to comprehend the trials and requirements and plan the
sustainability by adding service value to meet the needs, while maximizing the value for the
business.
Primary Research Market
A small primary research is conducted with the employees of the organization
recognizing the requirement of the other commercial body like in airport, hotels and commercial
buildings. The primary research was conducted in two ways, one was in survey method and the
other was a one-on-one interview session between the employee and the director of the company.
Survey was conducted for thirty employees who are currently recruited, through various
channels such as emails, telephone, social media platform and direct mails. The survey method
consisted of a questionnaire which had questions related to the service and obligation of the
client (Bogicevic, et al, 2013). Almost all the employees had supported the need of cleanliness in

their respective work place. After the survey was conducted it resulted in showing the demand of
maintaining the environment and surrounding on a daily basis. Starting from the service of pest
control, catering services, waste management, washroom and hygiene facility and pest
controlling (Bommarco, Kleijn and Potts 2013). The demand for pest control and maintaining
service of washrooms and hygiene are at a high request by most of the organization. It is found
that the company prefers to cater the services on the basis of a tailor made cleaning services and
by identifying the key area for the prevention from infection. After the survey was conducted it
is examined that the demand for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness is requested by the clients
by most of the commercial buildings. In case of aircrafts the requirements are on the basis of
terminal cleaning, airport lounge cleaning and maintaining the food courts.
Secondary Research Market
The secondary market research demonstrates that Dust and Shine is a responsible
working organization which deals with its business and approach that include the clients,
suppliers and investors. The organization is looking forward to join hands with the other
governing bodies to provide services which would take up responsibilities and work with the
community and take up roles to improve the environment. The objective of Dust and Shine is to
create a benchmark in supporting and delivering service program that will enhance the skill and
capacity of socially responsible deprived people in the community. The foundation supports the
research and initiatives which cater to contribute constructive change in procedure and practice

and Shine has an aim of target the aviation sector for its cleaning facilities. It has designed its
facilities in taking care after the services such as passenger assistance, holding baggage
screening, queue management, car parking management, high level of internal and external level
of cleaning which includes cleaning of public spaces and maintenance of washrooms. For in-
flight services it will provide a wide range of aircraft services to improve the experience of the
passengers. There is a team of employees who will be assigned to reduce the waiting time of the
passengers. The reviews of the passengers has helped in implementing the cabin cleaning
procedure for secure cleaning, deep cleaning, cabin presentation and toilet and water supply.

solution
There was a lack of maintenance in the airport of Ireland which had resulted the start-up
organization services to take up the initiative in sorting out the necessary requirement which
would result in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability in the airport environment
(Mansouri, Lee and Aluko 2015). The passengers and the tourist had a negative impact after
reaching the airport as there was lack of care that was taken to keep the airport clean. The
washrooms were not clean and maintained (Piecyk et al, 2015). These issues had made Dust and
Shine take up the responsibility of maintaining sustainability in the airport environment. The

enhance their skills in working more efficiently (Vandermeersch et al, 2014).
It has the motive of driving positive environmental change where it strives to
