INTRODUCTION
Learning and developing skills is essential for any company or organization looking to succeed
in its industry. The learning and developing skills refers to the process of acquiring the necessary
skills to perform a job. Define specific goals and objectives, for example, in order to understand
the process and functionality and nature of any kind of job in the various field there is need of
the specific skills and capabilities (Lyz and et. al., 2020). In addition, repeated research of the
journal is important for understanding personal data and knowledge over a certain period of time.
They should focus on higher education, it is a comfort feature designed to facilitate the
achievement of institutional goals and improve the personal and professional skills and
knowledge. Reflective journal writing plays a great role in the advancement of the skills and to
get insight the personal strength and weakness of the skills as a cleaning supervisor at the
stadium. Moreover, there is also an analysis of the organisational theory against the
organisational practices which helps the learner to gain the skills which are necessary for an
organisation to achieve the organisational goals and objectives.
MAINBODY
Reflective Journal
I feel that my experience as the cleaning supervisor at the stadium has helped me better
understand myself and my ethics. It was a path that evolved over time to a deeper understanding
of how to respond in different situations; how to deal with stress, work with people's great
abilities, self-confidence, you talk like I need more, manager, set limits as a student and
professional, always make sure I talk to my senior or head supervisor about how I take care of
myself. In my entire high school experience, I've learned a lot about experience and observation.
Reading books and talking about it with other professionals who have had tools added, but
nothing can replace the lessons that are learned from hands-on experience. Working with a
student in my first year, I learned relationship management skills of change and new ideas for
students. As a cleaning supervisor, I am responsible for helping the stadium and how it will work
with its strengths and weaknesses. I am responsible for trying to recover from this relationship,
such as is required (Kartal, 2020). These studies were not a product of training, but rather a
product of risk of roaming calls in more than close relationships. I learned a lot from my
superiors. And there were consultants, employees, students and academics, friends and co-

workers, as well as teachers and other specialists. Learning and developing skills in the field of
the cleaning is crucial as it help me to avoid any kind of the hazardous at the workplace.
My experience has led me to several questions about the roles they have worked for me. If you
are working with students, I have three recommendations to increase their responsibility and
decision-making; - establishing a normal connection between research and practice; and raising
the mind. The student will experience and learn lessons that have been learned in preparation for
the transition to a full-time technology-as-a-career. Your collaboration of the same will help you
ensure the health and productivity of the function (Cullen, 2020). The first goal is to create a
program that meets the needs of the student and the passion they have made, the experiences
they want to make, and what their long-term goals were, the technical progress they want to see,
etc. Use all your attention, with your passions. Second, think about what they need from you:
conversations about how to live well and help with balance, family, conversations, etc. Some
graduates need to be connected to be effective, others may not like it (Ordonez, 2019). Third,
make contact with the players, and what elements of things are reflected in his work, and what is
unacceptable, etc.). In the end, it's time to have a good time; talk to you about what is happening
in the world, and get creative with your events, discover new things in the most unexpected
places, walk, drink coffee, etc. If you like what you do, you feel motivated and take
responsibility for doing your best work.Critical evaluation of performance within the stadium.
My organization, the supervisor has praised me for the my excellent
attitude and the
enthusiasm. I strongly disagree with this, because I will be frank and straightforward enough to
serve stadium cleanesss function with joy. I've always had a passion for excellence, and I didn't
hesitate to take on new challenges. He will always see me as a
talented team builder, as well as
set an example for me and inspire others.
I have a strong sense of responsibility and the
ability to work independently. I know that this is a
responsibility to complete task, and as soon as I see that no one is going to be part of the group,
the direction that I investigated (Lejeune, Beausaert and Raemdonck, 2018). Thus, my business
manager weighs me in, with a sense of my initiative and ability to drive to work alone." I
wholeheartedly agree, because by developing these abilities, I can work both as a director and
independently of each other.

Moreover, the stadium association me graded me as the good for the my quality work and
contribution toward the cleanness of the stadium. I think I am a good employee and offer 100%,
quality work, with excellent workplace stress. My senior supervisor and manager were happy
with my work, and always gets great feedback on the quality of the work. But I will do
everything in my power to improve my career, to get an even better job.
There should be a good sign for "
Priority to meet competing requirements". I totally agree with
this answer. I learned a lot in my work, such as how to manage my time in order to meet the
deadline on the right time. So, right now I'm in a better position to be in a job that helps me
identify priorities and time needs. I always planned in advance to finish my work on time.
My manager gave me a high grade for
"communication skills" and I have to agree with
the grade he gave me. I must have a good level of communication skills as a result of working in
a different environment for years ago, and I have been teaching English since a very young age.
However, I don't feel that my communication level is very high, I need enhance my
communication skills to communicate better with people.
I strongly believe in
teamwork as a team, and I'm more than willing to help someone in
need, and I don't feel bad when I ask for help when I need it. Sometimes I feel like I'm taking
part in a conversation at work because I think it reduces your efficiency and productivity
(Jefferies, 2018). My manager I am good with the team, skills and communication with other
employees. I completely agree with his point of view, and I will do everything to improve these
skills. Personal presentation is curical thing when you are dealing with lots of the junior under
the stadium cleaness function as you have to train other the more safe ways to prevent any
harzrdous at the workplace. As per the my juniors feedbacks I have realised that the I have quite
well
personal presentation skills. Well-known and professional in working with your colleagues.
Second, everyone had the same uniform for my company that she was supposed to wear at work.
I will take full responsibility for health and safety in the workplace. So I think I should evaluate
it better than my parliament.
My boss said I am good employee, I worked very hard, I was very motivated, and I managed to
set it up. Take some time to give feedback to improve your communication skills. I can do this
from the bottom of my heart, take care of important answers. English is not my first language,
and that may be the reason for my poor communication skills. I will improve my communication
skills. Moreover, there is lack of the critical thinking kills which sometimes put me down into the

lots of stress and often make me feel disappointed because of having not rational decision on the
time when needed. I am working on the my critical thinking skills to solve various issues at the
stadium and also make quick decision. (Tseng, and Yeh, 2019).
I've learned a lot in the course of my practice, and you'll have an idea of what my career
path is like. I have managed to stay calm in a stressful situation, and I will work hard to achieve
good results. I try to focus on my work rather than social interaction, which makes it more
efficient, efficient, and rewarding. I can be alerted when a team needs monitoring, and I can
work unsupervised again. I like to learn new things, be a good listener, and be a quick reader.
When I was a student, I learned how to deal with organizational performance, design,
integration, and the nature of dimensions. As for my future, I see myself as an organization,
manager, or executive within five years. Based on my experience and skills, I have gained many
skills that will allow me to be a good candidate for this position (Hundarenko, 2019). I am a
very organized person who believes in the EU member state. I have the ability to manage and
motivate a team. However, in my opinion, it is very difficult to be in this position without
experience in this position, I will be looking for a professional position or internship where I will
be able to find a way to do this job.Principal of organisational theory against organisational practice for the development of personal
and professional skills
Human relation theory
The concept of human relations, also known as neoclassical theory. It also uses some ancient
beliefs as a basis, but extends your views to other rules. It also includes troubleshooting creative
conflict to support the development of new ideas and build stronger relationships. Other goals
are to emphasize community involvement in participatory governance and decision-making
(Ewing and Spilker, 2021). Mastering some "soft" skills, such as communication, leadership,
project management, and team management, is very important for entrepreneurs who want to
create a team-based approach to team management.Consistency/ Decision-making
Proponents of needs theory, also known as decision theory, view conflict as a tool of
control. In addition, in a dynamic industry, for example, there are technologies that managers at
all levels should be able to make decisions in their field, depending on what is happening
(Hopkins and Reid, 2018). Firms and managers must adapt their organizational styles and

strategies to the environment around them. Stadium owner owners who employ if not all of their
employees should consider that their superior should take quick decision in order to have some
rational judgement at the end of every discussion.Modern system theory
The modern system is based on the principle that all parts of the organization are inextricably
linked to each other, and therefore you should not make small changes that affect many others
that change. A small change can have a huge impact on a number of variables including my job
nature and a large change can have a huge impact on the my personal and professional
capability. Another goal is to ensure that the organization functions as open systems with more
durable equilibria, because they must constantly adapt to changes in the environment. This
assessment help me to manage change at the stadium and do my task effectively.
CONCLUSION
Therefore, from the above carried out study it has been concluded that a reflection journal is a
personal analysis tool which an individual can use to learn and get insight their knowledge and
skills strengths and weaknesses. Moreover, the above presented analysis help individual to
develop a career plan for the position which they dream to get posted with the help of the
feedback and the assessment which help in the development of the employability skills and to
enhance the personal and professional skills.
