SMART method to clarify the title of project
Specific : It is very important for Frontier Touring to make their concert success so it is
important to understand the what specific areas and this is ANZ stadium in Australia, as the
concert is being going to held on 15th of September.
Measurable : Goals need to be measurable in this manager need to measure that how much time
is being taken to complete the particular tasks if the stage area is to be clean than it must measure
the time to get rid of this cleaning (Talamo and Bonanomi, 2015). As the whole task is being
completed in particular point of time.
Attainable : To organise the stadium is also something that is to be action oriented and
attainable. Specific actions needed to be complete in order to attain the objectives. Number of
passes for this task is 5000 and it is possible to sell all these tickets.
Realistic : It is very important to state which results can be achieved realistic and make sense
from the given available resources. Objectives that are being framed must be realistic and
possible to make it clear and achievable. This concert is realistic as big stars are coming that are
Bruno Mars, John Legend etc.
Time based : Last in the SMART objectives is need to check that goals is to be achieve in the
time based so that the whole plan can be goes in smooth way as this will take the 60 days to
complete the whole task.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Cleanliness and maintenance is being the abstract of being the clean and maintaining the
stadium clean as they are about to host the big concert and there nothing worse than that
something goes wrong in the course of event that can make the event wrong. So to make the
event successful it is important to maintain cleanliness and it is very crucial. Purpose of cleaning
and maintaining in concert is to make it free from germs, dirt, rubbish and even of waste. It is the
huge job that requires the specialised tricks in trade and all helpful tools and it is one of the
important factor for success of any event. Project deliverables can be done is that there are
having lot of people and may have lot to drink and due to this they may sweat so as the manager

of this project the ideal solution is to spray-and-vac system and use the high powered spray in
order to remove dirt and bacteria (Canonico and et.al., 2015).

keep in best conditions it will drain more energy
by hiking up the utility bill, to maintain properly
the equipment it will save energy and money

mandatory to start the business. Capital required to in this project is $50000 so that the company
can purchase all the essential things (Baranwal and et.al., 2015).
2. Labour : This are the important for this kind of business as they are the ultimate persons who
are liable to manage the whole business. Cost of labour is not certain but at the initial level it
requires $10000 after that it may increase to it.
3. Cost of equipments : For the cleaning and maintenance, it requires the basic equipments to do
this process and for various place they require the different types of machineries to make the
process in flow, this requires the cost $25000 to purchase this equipment.
4. Maintenance cost : After purchasing the equipments it requires maintenance of all equipments
that are being purchased need the proper maintenance like greasing, oiling, washing etc. this
requires the cost of $5000.
5. Land : To keep all this equipment in the assemble way it requires the land where these all can
be kept and keep this in the safe way. Cost require to acquire the land is $15000.
6. Manager : To monitor all this activity there is a need to appoint the manager who can see the
activities that is being performed by the labours so there is a need to pay salary that will be
$10000.
