INTRODUCTION
A business plan may be defined as a document that is created by top management which include
goals, objectives, finance of company (Solimun and Fernandes, 2018). It is very important for
the company to formulate effective business plan so that it becomes easier for company to attain
its objectives. They are referred as roadmaps that drives the company’s operations towards its
objectives. This project report is based on Clear Glass business that aims cleaning of glass at
ground floor level offices and other commercial institutions. This report will cover the
motivation of company’s business plans along with process of commencing this business. In
addition to that, it will also cover feasibility study of products. At last, it will include marketing
mix elements and potential market opportunities.
TASK
Motivation for selection of business
It is very important to keep building clean and hygiene and there are various chemical based
solution that helps in cleaning glass of nay commercial building. It becomes necessity to keep
glass clean and it have a larger number of buildings that can opt this service. The cost associated
with this business is also very low. So it becomes easier to attract owners of building to opt for
this service. By opting this service, they can maintain their glass clean. Along with profit making
of company, the process that it is using is eco-friendly and do not use any chemical that harm
environment. The cleaning cost is very minimal and it becomes easier to attract owners of
buildings to opt for their service (Dyer, Jensen and Bryce, 2021).
Conducting process
There are various methods by which an entrepreneur can conduct research and for this business
secondary data is used from internet and from personal experience (Götz, 2020). The data is
collected in digital forma and it becomes easy to process and interpret in order to get insight.
From the collected data, it has been analysed that it is a regular service that every commercial
institution needs every day. It becomes a necessity to clean outer and inner window by chemical
free solution. The solution also has disinfectant that have capability to destroy harmful germs
and bacteria on glass surface. Due to pandemic, people become more aware about cleanliness
and hygiene.

The cleaning solution that company is using is eco-friendly and does not involve any harmful or
banned substance that is harmful to people or environment. The solution has disinfectant that
kills germs and bacteria on glass surface along with cleaning glass. Company uses natural

The target customer of company is owner of banks and other commercial offices that are having
their offices at ground floor. This company offers with best service to this customer and it
becomes easy for company top attract and influence those. Company can attract by offering
discounts and free trials so that they can be aware about service and eventually opt their service.
Organisational feasibility
The management of company is very strong and have skilled workforces that can be used in their
business functioning. This business is sustainable as people become more conscious about
process rather than product (Brondoni, 2018). Company is complying with rules and regulations
that are formulated by government and do not sues any banned or harmful chemical for making
their product.
