significant theory to overcome with issue. Lastly recommendations will be given to cope up with
issues in terms to managing activities within enterprise.

resources reduces the productivity, decrease employee’s morale and it is also an major barrier for

huge absenteeism and it is responsibility of HR to ensure about attendance problem. Further,
organizations has requirment for selecting new candidates for raising increement in project scope
along with operations. In this aspect, if employees will not give benefit to organization then it
will be cost to organization. Similarly, if existing staff has to worry on constant aspect that
paycheck is correct or not then they will be demotivated and lead to decrment in job satisfaction.
