INTRODUCTION
In modern world, small business enterprises are growing very well and also helping
government bodies in enhancing national economy. Basically, it is those companies which are
very small in nature and hire few number of employees (Storey, 2016). In simple words, small
business enterprises are those whose employee numbers fall below a particular limits. In present

unemployed people so that they can also enhance their standard of living. These are the main
reasons which influence government of Untied Kingdom to invest more in small business
enterprises. SME has helped UK at the time of recession. This project report is based on Clearly
PR & Marketing communications which helps other organizations in building and strengthening
their brand, reputation and position in market place (Bridge and O'Neill, 2012). In this report,
performance of this company has investigated and some propose modifications has been
discussed which can improve existing performance of this organization. Along with this, existing
plan and objectives of this enterprise has been revised to incorporate proposed changes within
work place. At last, Impact of those changes on management system of company has also been
examined.

their brand image, reputation and goodwill within market place. This organization was launched
in 4th march 2014. Basically, it is a newly established company which has taken help of UK
government. Its owner if Mr. Paul Alexander Mackenzie-Cummins. It is a public relations
agency which helps other organisations in building their strong position within their market
place. Also, it is specialised in Recruitment marketing. It provides its services in scientific as
well as in industrial sectors (Schaper and et. al., 2014). It is publishers of Recruitment imPRint
which is one of the popular magazine of UK which provides recruitment businesses with

burden. This organization is currently working on two major projects which is putting work

suffering from high staff turnover which can be solve by enhancing financial profit.
