It is very important for the organisation to carry out the operations in regards to the
sustainability through which they can enhance their brand image in the market. In today's time
the trends in the market are kept on changing and it is very necessary for the organisation to
follow some ethics and code of conducts (Jhariya, Yadav and Banerjee, eds., 2019). There are
different kinds of opportunities are present in the market that the organisation can grab by using
the resources in the business effectively. In this report there will be the analysis of the
understanding of the climate change. Along with that there will be the evaluation on the climate
change that can affects the operations of the business activities. After that different kinds of steps
will be undertaken in order to reduce the carbon footprints. At the end of the report there will be
some steps taken through which the organisation can bring the sustainability in the business.

heatwaves, storms, rising of the sea levels etc. organisation can take serious steps in order to
reduce the carbon footprints from the environment (Van Der Leeuw, 2020). It is very important
for the organisation to carry out the healthy practices in the workplace through which they can
recycle the waste. Organisation and the business firms should reduces the use of the raw material
through which they can save the natural resources from the environment. It also benefits the
environment from getting so much polluted. This will ultimately helps the organisation to
maintain a valuable brand image in the market (Ahmed, Thompson and Glaser, 2019). For
example, Unilever company has taken several steps in order to remove the pollution and waste
from the environment. They ensures that they should banned the use of the plastic in the
workplace. One of the main aim of the organisation is to achieve the sustainability in the next 2
years.
There are various situations that can affects the operational activities of the business
which leads to the decrease in the profitability (Dalby, 2019). With the changing techniques of

production the organisation and the business firms can easily prevent the harmful actions and
waste to produce in the environment (Jhariya, Yadav and Banerjee, eds., 2019). Various kinds of
organisation are carrying out their activities in regards to sustain the environment as well as the
society. One of the main reason that affects the prices of the goods and services of the company
is the climate change. For example, Tesco is taking higher prices for their products and the
services through which the situation of the inflation arises in the company (Hopwood and et.al.,
2021). They are buying raw materials from various sellers through which they can become able
to minimise the impact of the climate change across the globe.
Along with that the organisation and the business firms can undertake various
implementation through which they can reduce the waste in the nature and promotes the healthy
environment. There are several ways as companies can make investment in the green energy and
they can use healthy equipments (Ionescu, 2021). It is one of the most effective way in order to
reduce the carbon footprints from the environment. For example, Tesla company has introduced
the effective technology in the business. They are producing electrical cars in the market. It is
one of the main opportunities that the company has grab in the automotive sector (Ahmed,
Thompson and Glaser, 2019). They are focusing on to set up the solar panels in the workplace
through which they become able to achieve the sustainability in the market. Managers of the
company has the main aim to make the environment clean and green through which they can
contribute in the concept of the sustainability and also helps the individuals of the society to
enjoy a healthy environment (Henfrey and Penha-Lopes, 2018). In today's time most of the
organisations and the business firms are changing their way of practices through which they can
bring sustainability while carrying out the work in the company. Organisation have shifted to use
the renewable sources of energy in the workplace through which they becoming able to reduce
the carbon footprints in the environment (Dong and et.al., 2020). There are different kinds of
practices that the business organisation and the companies can undertake in order to reduce the
carbon footprints and can achieve the goal of the sustainability in their business.

From the above report it has been analysed that it is very urgent needs for the
organisation and the companies to change their ways of production through which they can bring
sustainability in the workplace. In the above report there has been the discussion on that how the
