scale (Change, 2014). Thus, global issues can be termed out as matters of economic, social,
environmental and political concern that affects the whole world as a community. From number
of the critical problems, the major concerns as climate change that is termed out as to significant
process that includes long term change within the global culture.
The present essay is based on topic that how an individual can make contribution to
resolve the problem. Also, report will outline the situation that relates with Geographical
location, socio-economic, professional and educational background.

The chosen issues to undertaking the report is climate change. Thus, temperature of
global is continually rising and this is estimated to 2.6 degrees Celsius to 4.8 degrees Celsius by
2021. Therefore, the climate of the earth is continually changing (Kellogg, 2019). Thus, there is
significantly rising within snow, rainfall and more climate event that occurs extremely.
Henceforth, the primary cause to the climate change can be defined as the burning of
fossil fuels, such as coal and oil that emits green house gases into the atmosphere. In the current
scenario, the climate is the biggest threat facing countryside and planet (Nordhaus, 2019).
Therefore, changes in the climate affects the society and ecosystem in the broader aspect.
Changes in the climate majorly affected the agriculture in variety of ways. It is likely to
have the negative affect on the production of crops and this leads to enhance the risk towards the
food insecurity. Therefore, the production of the livestock also get reduced as animals also got
suffered due to changes within the climate.
National policy on the climate change-:
Malaysia realized that changes within the climate do not involve the issues relates with
the environment alone and this highly affects the economical growth and well being of human
(Poortinga, Whitmarsh and Fisher, 2019). In addition to this, the previous national policies and
initiatives leads to indirectly addresses the issues relates with changes in climate under the
context of sustainable development. There are number of the agencies that is continually taking
the initiatives whose major aim is to develop specific national policies and action that fosters the
sustainable development within Malaysia in terms to fosters the need of country in respond to

United Nations Framework convention on climate change (Swinburn, Kraak and Ezzati, 2019).
In addition to this, National policy on the climate change has established within 2009 with the
following objectives as are-:
 Main-streaming the changes within the climate with help of wise management of the
resources and this has also increased the environmental conversion that results in
strengthened economic competitiveness and also leads to improve the quality of life
(Hutchins, Jansson and Trivedi, 2019).
 This policy has also integrated the responses in the national policies, programmes and
plans that aids to strengthen the resilience of development from arising and potential
impacts on climate change (Marx, Erhard and Zink, 2019).
 By strengthening the institutional and implementation of the capacity that undertake the
steps in terms to harness the opportunities to reduce the negative affects of changes
within the climate.
In this policy the maintain is to come out with the relevant adaption and strategies of
mitigation that especially address the issues within agriculture sector. Global climate changes
may have the various observable impacts on the environment.

are increasing, extended dryness are putting pressure on food crops. This results into the number

individuals some actions needs to be undertaken to assist to fight with climate change. Thus, this
can be stated that climate change is one of the complex issues that is facing majorly today. This
is inclusive of many dimensions such as politics, economies, social and number of ethical
questions etc. It is responsibility of the each individual to act against the terrible changes that
aids to serve the planed for the future generation.
In the current scenario, there are factor that leads to create the issues and impacts the
climate. Within modern society, number of individuals drive to get reach to the their work and
million of cars emit greenhouse gases that highly destroys the condition of atmosphere (Berrang-
Ford, Biesbroek and Grecequet, 2019). Thus, emission from vehicles are second when it comes
to cause climate change. A person can able to bring change if they starts to prefer public

transportation as this a great way to reduce the emissions. Riding the bike to work can also be
one of the effective way to assist the environment (Ray, West and Chatterjee, 2019).
An individual can reduce the issue as climate change by becoming the more energy
efficient and this is great way to prevent from pollution. This causes the power plant that expand
less energy and this can lead to production of the greenhouse gases (Change, 2014). If an
individual starts to reduce in the energy uses and turn off the light and unplug devices that can
assist to lower down the climate change. Also, by replacing the energy efficient light bulbs can
be one of the effective way to save the electricity.

effective way to pass the legislation that allows us to take the appropriate actions. Thus, an
individual can also bring a lot of change if better strategies can be adopted to prevent the changes
within the climate. Furthermore, education is the term that aids to educate other about the climate
change. Number of the platforms can be used to convey people about change within the climate
and this bad impacts that can ruin the lives of the people (Kellogg, 2019).
In addition to this, climate change can be defined as inevitable factor that has wide
consequences in the agriculture industry across the all sector. This has huge impact over the crop
production as well as the production of livestock (Nordhaus, 2019). So, the initiatives must be
taken so that climate change related issues can be sorted. In addition to this, it can be stated that

critical components that aids to protect the agriculture industry. In terms to reduce the climate
change, the number of the preventive measures needs to be taken as are-:

consumption of the energy and water with the use of more efficient devices such as light

as this is one of the cheapest source of electricity for number of the households. This is

technological advancement and effective energy transition that aids to fosters the good

the geographic location of Malaysia is half of Malay peninsula that extends to 740 kilometres
from north to south. Thus, its maximum width is 322 kilometres. This is basically defined as the
location but the nature of the place that needs to taken into consideration. Climate change is
occurring and this is mainly caused largely by human activities and this poses the significant risk
(Lotze, Tittensor and Bopp, 2019 ). Additionally, link between the use of the land and climate
change is the complex process. Henceforth, the understanding of the interaction among the
climate and land use system needs to improved in order to have effective climate change. Thus,
global temperatures and sea levels are continually increasing and this is possibly contributing to
the larger more devastating storms. Global farming highly influence on the rain and snow. There
are number of the regions that are wetter, drier and this may experience changes within the
intensity of the precipitation (Berrang-Ford, Biesbroek and Grecequet, 2019).

Socio-economic status- These are defined as the impact of the climate change that are likely to
be the greatest within the communities and faces the other stresses. Henceforth, the communities
which are poor are vulnerable to the extreme weather vents and this is especially affected by the
changes in the climate. In this the socio economic status can be defined as most economically
developed countries in South-east Asia and has successfully transitioned from an economy
dependent on agriculture and natural resources to one with robust manufacturing and services
sectors. Thus, change in the climate condition affects highly as this disrupts the availability of
the food, reduce the access to the food and this also impacts the quality of the food ( Ray, West
and Chatterjee, 2019). The socio-economic status can be examined on terms to disclose the
inequalities that access to the resources and this is related to privilege, control and power.

facilities to the people leads to make other understand that the energy must be use wisely and

people in the modern society. Use of techniques and increment in the number of factories to
