 .Climate change refers to global changes in weather patterns especially to the negative.
 .Ozone layer depletion allows direct sunlight to reach the earths surface.
 .Greenhouse gases cover the atmosphere preventing escape of excess heat.
 .Human activities is the main precursor of climate change(Rosa, Rudel, York, Jorgenson,, & Dietz,

Objectives
 To evaluate the already implemented laws by the
corporate states.
 To understand the current diplomacy in climate
change
 To predict the possible outcomes if the laws are
not implemented by the member state
 To asses the punishment of the law breaker by
the member state.
 To understand the working procedures of the
treaties.

 To support actions that will render the
achievements of climate change goals
at a decisive period.
 To analyze the working jurisdiction of
the of the treaties.

 The process has been revolutionized
since 18th century.
 It was a concern of unilateral state due
to economic, social and political
instabilities.
 Climate change is a global phenomenon
 Bilateral and multilateral agreements
came into existence.

such as the United Nations habitat and
Kyoto protocol.
 United nation secretariat holds annual
conference to asses the implementation
of laws on climate change.

Causes
 Some countries are rigid to the laws set
by climate change organizations.
 Lack of political will to participate in
climate change treaties.
 Some countries have used the treaties
to push their own agendas. Eg Brazil
and Amazon forest during fire outbreak
denied UN access to contain the fire.

 Lack of finance incapacitate the some
states to amend and implement treaties
with the changing technologies
 Burning of fossil fuels such as oil and
coal.
 Human activities such as deforestation.

as mature emits methane into the
atmosphere.

 Enforcing the treaties assigned between
states into law.
 Abiding to the law by member state.
 Punishing the treaty breakers to help
maintain law and order.

Africa which is highly hit by severe
droughts
 Adoption of current technologies in
energy production such wind and solar
energies.
 Abolishing the use of non renewable
sources of energy such as coal.

Recommendations
 The treaties should be designed in a way
that all the world states are included.
 Abiding by the law should not be an option
but a compulsory action by all member
states
 Countries should put their differences aside
and come together to handle this issues
 Exchange programs among the states
should be highly encouraged.

technologies from state to state to
minimize gh gas emission.
 All the states should join and work with
corporate climate change organizations.
 Awareness is key to the success of
reducing climate change.(Zehr, (2016)

Conclusion
 Formulation of organizations such as UN
habitat has made it possible in the
reduction of climate change
 However, if the implementation of the laws
are not adhered to, then the rising climate
change will remain to be a global threat.
 The emerging technologies in
industrialization ought to be designed in a
way that the emission gh is reduced.
