INTRODUCTION
Portfolio planning refers to a process strategy design of an investment portfolio. It should be
compressing respect tolerance and expected return of portfolio. This portfolio aims to achieve
advanced level professional and clinical competency in clinical specialty through integrated
program and clinically based learning strategy (Richey, (2018)).
MAIN BODY
There is learning about accessing professional and development need which can help in
experience to meet those needs. It also provide an opportunity to complete Peer along with self
evaluation. As a clinical nurse in coronary care, there is a need to learn definite skill which can
help to provide a clinical and professional leadership along with mentoring to staff and patient
management. These different skills are going to be discussed further.

There is need to to evaluate skill which can help to focus on the scenario to describe it effectively
with every event. As a coronary Care Unit by performing the role of clinical nurse, there is a
need to develop different ability and skill for demonstrating critical event which is effectively
associated with the procedure. It also need for leadership skill which can help to demonstrate
everyone to perform different task for performing effective treatment and care to the patient. It
allows to keep pace with colleagues and helps to deliver effective communication. To initiate
this ability and skill for determining critical event, it will take 6 week to learn this skill.
There is also need to perform effective practice and respond toward the practice which can help
to review and feedback and help in improvement in nursing practices. This is associated with
improving nursing practices while delivering Healthcare services and treatment to the patient of
coronary diseases. This will take 6 week to complete the activity performance. It will also
provide the opportunity to learn this approach for the professional development of self and other
Healthcare professional. This allows improving professional development while delivering
health care services in nursing practices. This will take about 6 week to observe this professional
development (Beller, (2020)).
As a nursing staff, there is need to deliver effective healthcare treatment to their patient
which need efficiency and proper utilization of skill for delivery of effective healthcare
treatment. There is a need to provide quality of nursing practice which is related to evidence

based practice to improve wide range of nursing practice in delivering of healthcare services. It
can also allow learning a different skill that can be utilized while delivering nursing services to
their patient. This can take about 6 week to complete this learning need and can provide the
ability to practice evidence-based nursing practice.
Evidence-based practice also allows nursing staff to utilize this effectively which can
help to direct time and supervision for delivering delegated practices that can be safe and correct.
It can help to improve professional development needs and then improve quality in delivering
healthcare services. This can be improved in 6 week. As a nursing staff, it is necessary to follow
every policy, regulation, legislation, guideline and Standards related to delivering of healthcare
treatment and services to their patient. This can help to improve professional compliance along
with best practice. It will take 6 week to complete this activity with better quality. There is need
to use drug policy and guideline to minimize neglect and medication error and delivering
effective healthcare services to their patient (SHRIHARI, (2019)).
For delivering effective health care services, there is need to learning of theoretical and
technical knowledge which is highly needed for delivering and monitoring patient's health. It is
also able to evaluate nursing staff and patients with patients families and individual. It also
allows to best possible outcome on every stage of the interventional procedure. This allows to
upskill educational capability with the learning of the medical and technical skills for proper
monitoring and delivering of Healthcare services to the patient. It will take about 6 week to learn
this capability and its utilization effectively.
Evaluation and monitoring allows nursing staff to get an educational skill for providing
post care and education. It also allows individual to learn to access post-procedure for preventing
complication within patient. Due to facilitating progression of cardiovascular therapy, it also
allows providing different type of knowledge and capability along with learning to improve
learning and for briefing every step which need to be maintained during delivery of health care
services. It will take time about 6 week to get the education and proper learning of delivering
effective health care services to the patient and to avoid different complications while delivering
therapy process.
