INTRODUCTION
In healthcare services there are many of the gap which can be identifies in proper
delivering of healthcare. There are some of the gap which are like effective communication gap
which is highly effective while delivering healthcare services during development project. It
consist of delivering of healthcare services that includes person-centred care and evidence based
practices. In this annotated bibliography there is discussion about the clinical gap which are
present in the practice development project. This consist of effective communication gap,
decision making and management process gap which can highly effective in delivering of
effective care in the practice development project.

There is language gap in while delivering of healthcare services to the patient which is
there for better health. Language barriers creates difficulty in delivering of healthcare
services to their patient. There is need to focus on the effective communication for
effective regulation of practice development project within clinical practices. For
delivering of healthcare services there is need to focus on the effective communication
which nursing staff and patients both are able to understand easily which can be
effective while delivering of healthcare services with effective response for improvement
in patient's health. In healthcare premises there in need to focus on the interpretation of
the language which can help to appropriate investigation of obstacle in delivering of
effective healthcare services. Language barrier can impact negatively on the healthcare
setting which is there due to inappropriate of healthcare service to the patient. Proper
understanding of common language can help to deliver effective care and treatment
when there is appropriate understanding the language that can help to appropriate

decision-making process to enhance the effective result of deliver of healthcare services to the

been analysed that there are about 36% of response where it has been interpreted that decision-
making helped to delivery of effective healthcare services in appropriate manner. There was the
hypothesis which provide the information that with better decision-making there is effective

health. It also helps to deliver better and effective influence of decision making while delivering

found that there are about 61% of nursing staff who says that talent management practices is
poorly applied within nurse which impact the delivery of healthcare services in the practice

From above discussion, it can be concluded that there are various clinical gap which can
impact the delivery of healthcare services and their quality. There is discussion about the
communication gap which is highly impactful in delivery of effective healthcare services. There
is also discussion about the decision-making process within healthcare services which impact the
implication of delivery of care and treatment which have high impact over the delivery of care
and quality of treatment bases on the collected data and analysis. There is also discussion about
the talent management which can impact the implication of services and care to the patient which
can impact nursing quality of care and services within practice development project.
