accreditations. Author desire is to address risk factors which are developing under clinical areas

On the other hand, Matic, Davidson and Salamonson (2011), said clinical governance
activities are established under Australia to examine quality, accountability, responsibility and to
generate overall risk factors relevant to communication factors under health care center. He
conducted favourable research methods to recognize promoting or fostering clinical
communication system under every hospital. Such clinical practices have detected every
