Description of the Situation
The description of the incident of the oral medication as undertaken by me is indicating the
appropriate preparation and the administration of the Oral Tablet and liquid medication. The
general medications considered are depicted to be indicating the patient's room, washing hands
and at the same time, the electronic recording must be continued for the purpose of recording the
patient medical history. The proper subcutaneous process of injecting the medicine to the patient
is seen which is indicating the administering process of medication directly into the muscle
tissue. The quality guideline for the purpose of carrying out the medication process is depicted to
be followed and also it is providing the detailed information of evidenced based care practices.
The poor practice of another student is seen by me in the medication process which is carrying
out practice of subcutaneous injection processes. It is indicating the inappropriate following of
the clinical medication guidelines which is reflected in this study (Allibone, 2016).
Feelings
The feelings related to the described situation are reflecting the appropriate development of
opening of the capsules which are found to be used in this study. The enteric coated medication
and the extension of the medication processes are depicted to be related to the study. The review
of the medications will be carried out by me that am illustrating the enhancement of my skills as
per the medication practices carried out by me. Apart from this, I also felt that I must stop the
other student who is carrying out the medication process of subcutaneous injection process in a
wrong way without following the clinical guidelines.
Evaluation of the positive and negative aspects
The positive aspects identified by me are indicating the appropriate development of the oral
medication processes which were learned by me. It is indicating the appropriate development of
the activities by which the subcutaneous processes of the other student can be easily monitored.
The negative aspects are indicating the inappropriate following of the clinical guidelines as
undertaken by the other student is reflected in this study (Elbourne & May 2012).

Analysis with the help of clinical learning
The analyses of the clinical learning processes are depicted to be reflecting the medication
processes which is including the appropriate identification of the objectives. It is aiming at
improving the medication processes by which the changes in the administering processes can be
easily observed. The enhancement of the activities will enable me to enhance my clinical
learning skills which will help me to overcome the activities. The changes in the processes will
focus on aiming at activities which will enable me to enhance the skills (Taylor, 2015). The
major limitation is indicating the appropriate adoption of the clinical procedures which is carried
out by the good student. The other poor student who is carrying out the inappropriate injection
process is depicted to be using the inappropriate clinical guidelines.
Conclusion
The learning experiences are depicted to be gained by reflecting on the medication processes
which will enable me to manage the activities by carrying out the medication processes. The
clinical learning processes and the experiences will enable me to focus on making the
improvement of the administering processes (McGreevy, 2015). The overall analysis made by
me is reflecting my own experiences in the medication processes, a good student subcutaneous
injection process and the poor student subcutaneous injection process.
Development of Action Plan
The action plan is indicating the proper development of the skills which will enable me to
overcome my lagging skills and also it will enable me to improve my skills in the form of
managing the activities. The implementation of the medication administration process will
strengthen my core practice skills. The improvement in the medication administration process is
being targeted so that the enhancement in the medication processes can be easily made.
