by making sure that the tourism department is giving a lot of boost to the local people who are
the inhabitants of this place. However, there are many ways by which the area can be developed.
One of these ways is the tourism and the hospitality business. This is mainly because of the
fact that the tourism business will be using all the possible resources that are available in and
around that place. This will also help the local people to get a steady and free flow of income.
Thus the development of the tourism industry will be very useful for the developing of the
place Clippers’ Bay. The most important person that I will speak with is the local Government.
This is mainly because of the fact that the area Clipper Bay is one of the areas that is having a
blend of good and the bad aspects. I will be making sure that the environment and the socio-
economic status of the place are not getting hampered. I will make sure that the place is getting
an overall improvement but at the same time, it has to be maintained that there is no harm being
caused (Edgell Sr, 2016).
The first important person that I will be contacting is the local governing body. This is
mainly because of the fact that the place Clipper’s Bay is not yet deciphered by the tourism
bodies. On the other hand in this modern 21st century, the hospitality business is running very

2015). I will be contacting the land and then land reforms officer in order to get detailed
