over the resources. Rather buying and maintaining physical servers, businesses as well as users can access some
technology services such as cloud, database, and storage and computing power.
 All these online IT services make businesses able in storing as well as accessing data by saving it over internet or
online. In addition, it is also stated that online data saving or this process of computing help businesses to the
great extent.
