Limitations
• Intransit security- The cloud, although being a secure
dataase can be prone to attacks from nefarious users
• Breach of data- Data breach is a common phenomenon
in cloud computing.It puts the entire database in risk.
• Lack of due diligence The system is fairly new and
advanced. It becomes difficult to hire specialists in this
field. If the correct people are not employed,effecirency
might be hampered.

• Cost savings-Although initially the costs of installing
cloud are high, yet there is a possoible of significant
return on investment which can decrease cost in the
long run
• Highly automated- The cloud takes automatic updates
including software updates.This not only saves a lot of
time but also saves considerable resources.

installation and
customer support for cloud based applications.

Limitations
• Limited control-Although the client has control over his
own resources and software installations in the cloud,
he is not in control over the overall infrastructure
equipment of the cloud.
• Downtime- The client holds multiple users every day.
This causes a severe overload on the servers of the
cloud.This can cause technical disruption while
accessing data(Hashem, et al.,2015).
• Accessibility to internet-Cloud requires internet at all
times. Hence if there is no internet, clients cannot
access the cloud. A client without internet cannot
access the cloud.

Recommendations
• Flexibility in accessing data will help the company in
accessing huge dtabases of information without
operating their own servers
• More reliability for service providers to manage
software and updating about isssues immediately
• Backing up of important documents , in case a hard
drive crashes. It ensures increased protection.
• Time saving which requires little knowledge or input
from end user.

Decision taken
On the basis of recommendations above the cloud
computing sysyem would increase the data efficiency of
the orgaisation as well as it provides a more
comprehensive means of maintaining confidential data.
