INTRODUCTION
Present report has been based upon three different aspects in which cloud computing is
being selected as technology, Apple as an organisation and electronic technology as a sector. It
has been evaluated that, cloud computing is defined as delivery of various forms of services via
internet (Hurwitz and Kirsch, 2020). In this resources include applications and tools like servers,
software, data storage, networking and databases. While if it is talked about selected
organisation, Apple is a multinational technology company which was founded in the year 1976.
Respective entity engages in the functions of designing, developing and selling of computer
software, consumer electronics and online services.
MAIN BODY
Findings from CW1
By evaluating CW1, this has been identified that cloud computing plays an important role
through which business organisations can successfully meet their objectives. As it not only
allows company to make reduction in cost of information technology but also provides
scalability to organisation. Further CW1 states that, now a days there are number of
organisations those who are undertaking use of cloud technology as a business tool in order to
provide efficient services to customers (Chukwuedo and Ogbuanya, 2020). In addition to this it
has been identified from the evaluation of CW1 that, with the assistance of cloud computing
employees within an organisation can effectively collect, process, store and distribute data.
Cloud computing development has undergone with various phases, and it has been
determined that respective concept was founded in 1969. By evaluating history of Cloud
computing according to CW1 this has been underlined that, first cloud computing network was
launched in year 1999 and in 2003 the first public release of Xen that creates a virtual machine
monitor. With the help of this technology business organizations can have access to conduct their
operations at high flexibility from different locations. This technology is considered as strongest
tool through which organization can effectively manage and modify data.
In addition to this, effective evaluation of CW1 states, formative relationship among
digital technologies along with new as well as old emerging theories on business and
management practices and structure (Singh and et. al., 2020). In terms with old theories,
scientific management theory and administrative theory is being considered while new theories

includes system as well as contingency management theory. All these theories are effectively
contributing their contribution in managing business operations that further allows organisation
to perform their operations in efficient manner. Lastly CW1 includes concept of globalisation
through which organisation can make their business operations and activities expansion from its
home country. This has been identified that with the emergence of digital technology in
globalisation, business maximised its reach at international level that automatically enhanced
their overall performance.
Conclusions based upon CW1 summary
As per according to the evaluation of CW1 it has been concluded that, cloud computing is
termed as delivery of various from of services with the use of internet. In addition to this, this has
been concluded that, this technology is offering number of advantages to an organisation in
terms of high flexibility, cost efficiency, scalability and performance, improved collaboration
and many more other benefits. All these advantages lead organisation to effectively ensure its
business continuity for long period of time (Constantinescu and et. al., 2020). According to
CW1 evaluation this is determined that, most important benefit of cloud computing is that it
helps business organisation to save their money and ensure good return on investment.
Along with this, conclusion has also been made upon, digital technologies relationship
between scientific management and administrative theory and system and contingency
management theory which is an old and new theory respectively on business and management
structure and practises. In terms with old theories it has been identified that they are effective in
management of business daily practises. While if it is talked about new theories, they are
significantly contributing in avoiding any form of unnecessary delay in accomplishment of task.
Thus, it has been determined that, with the use of cloud computing and digital technology
business organisation can effectively coordinate their activities and functions through which they
can accomplish their business objectives in more efficient manner. While by undertaking use of
globalisation concept, organisation can expand their business operations and can further expand
their reach among large base of consumers. With the use of digital technology in globalisation
process company can conduct their operations in cost effective manner with higher efficiency
and can further maximise their overall productivity and performance at great extent.

Application of conclusion on technology sector
It has been evaluated that with the help could computing , electronic technology sector
can have access to number of advantages. For instance could computing helps this sector to make
reduction in managing and maintaining of IT systems costs. As rather than buying expensive
equipments as well as systems entities within this industry can make reduction in costs by
undertaking advantage of resources of cloud computing service provider. In addition to this it has
been identified that electronic technology sector can also gain advantage of scalability and
business continuity from cloud technology. As if respective sector experience any form of
natural disaster in terms of power failures and other, data that has been stored in cloud provide
facility of backing up data in safe and secure manner.
In addition to this, could computing and digital technology also facilitate collaboration in
electronic technology sector through which different activities and functions can be effectively
performed while assuring maximum return (Tong and et. al., 2020). Further this has been
evaluated that, cloud technology also provide respective sector with the access of automatic
updates, as in which depending upon their cloud computing service provider entities within
electronic sector can allows themselves to have regular updates with the latest technology.
According to the evaluation this has been identified that now a days CSR practices in
being adopted by all the sectors in order to have positive attitude towards environment in order to
serve customers, government and stakeholder in effective manner. Thus, cloud computing proves
to be an effective measure for electronic technology sector, as this technology is environment
friendly through which respective sector can maintain small carbon footprint. As cloud
computing helps in reducing physical hardware needs that means use of less IT equipments.

be done with more efficiency and effectiveness. Thus, this has been recommended to Apple Inc.
to undertake of cloud computing in their organisational process in different ways which is being

cost, as by using remote servers makes company to obligate the requirement for
application requirements and in-house storage equipment. Along with this through cloud
computing Apple can also reduce its overhead costs like data storage, software updates

scale (Magwizi, 2020). This makes company to effectively practice CSR policies. For
this respective organisation is recommended to use cloud computing in order to
effectively maintain balance on carbon footprint by using pay-per-use virtual
environment for data storage.
Apple offers different types of products as well as services to their customers worldwide
that requires company to perform their business operations and activities in a
collaborative manner. For this Apple is recommendation to take use of cloud computing
and cloud applications in order to maximise collaboration. As it allows entity to authorise
various groups of individuals to virtually meet and exchange important information with
the assistance of shared storage.
