Answer to question 1:
Short Term Goals Budget
Having proper Internet connectivity $ 120 per month
Robustness $ 100 per month
Access of data faster $ 130 per month
Long Term Goals Budget
Cost saving $ 1000 per year
Modernize to have competitive advantage $ 1200 per year
Security $ 1500 per year
Answer to Question 2:
Cloud computing is considered as revolutionizing in IT environment for the business as
well as for their workforces. This helps to enhance the operations, flexibility of working and
helps to increase the storage access of the information for the organization (Eshratifar, Abrishami
and Pedram 2019). Skills of training and coaching staffs is extremely important for providing
training to other staffs. The training officials should enhance their cloud computing skills and
have to update themselves according to the update in field of cloud computing.
With the tremendous increase in cloud services used in the companies, there is a need of
skill that are to be developed in this particular area. This might include management of mobile
device, authentication with multi factor, shelf networking as well as system monitoring. The
organizations needs to have proper training as well as have to up skill the activities of the

employees working with cloud computing. It is needed to educate as well as engage the user base
related to the threats, the way they can spot them and the way to report the threats.
Cross training as well as retraining the staffs can have an advantage in increasing the
security of the cloud computing in the organization (Xue et al. 2018). There are certain security
programs that helps to train the staffs such as AWA certification track, CCSP (Certified Cloud
Security Professional Certification) and many more. The organizations can also have their own
team who are capable of having the best practices as well as the skills related to cloud
computing.
While implementing a cloud system several of aspects needs to be considered which
includes development of a transition plan, creating organizational change management plan and
improving overall communication in the organization. Thus, training needs to be provided in
these aspects. Development of a transition plan is one of the crucial aspect project management.
Thus, in this case training will be provided regarding how a project can be executed. For
providing training PMP certification courses will be provided to the organization employees.
Training for creating change management plan will be covered in this PMP certification training
(Farashah, Thomas and Blomquist 2019). To improve the communication of the employees a
communication skill training will be provided to the employees. In this case on-demand and
instructor-led learning options will be provided.
Answer to question 3:
With a new innovation of a new technology or system in an organization, employees
need to training themselves regarding the new system. The employees might lack the skills in
handling cloud computing service and that might hamper the company (Samra et al. 2019).

Employees in an organization might be encouraged to have entry level certification to get in
depth details about the cloud computing that is used in companies. After the completion of
certification, the employees are to be motivated so that they can take courses for getting
competence at professional level for cloud transitions.
The employee ate to give certain small milestones to check whether they have learnt
properly or not. The organization can also provide extra benefit of payment for taking the
courses of cloud computing that are needed for the company (Kahle-Piasecki, Ritzman and
Ellingson 2017). The employees after conducting test are to be encouraged evaluating their
results and motivate them to learn more from the training courses. The employees can also be
provided with hardcopy or softcopy of the training materials that are needed for cloud computing
training and ask them to go through the training materials. The employees should also be taught
about the changing phase of digital transformation and teach them to adapt systematically.
Here to help the staffs to embrace the new cloud services collaborate working can be
encouraged. In this aspect, the staffs will be helping each other to embrace this new service in
the organization. Also, it is important to show the values of the cloud service to the staffs to
which will surely help them to embrace the service. An interactive training can be also beneficial
so that staffs can accept new cloud services (MacGlashan et al. 2017) that has been
recommended for the business.
