1. Introduction:
This report has fundamentally aimed to perform investigation on the application of
virtualization and cloud computing on the business field of Business Enterprise Centre
Australia. As the organization has expressed the interest towards the adoption of cloud and

virtualization with the purpose to enhance their services as well as they have also decided to
open a branch in Sydney in order to expand their business. A detail investigation on the
services of Business Enterprise Centre, Australia has mentioned that this organization is

resources as well as it helps to improve the business strategies of the customer organization.
However, the organization has realized that due to rapid change of the industrial scenario it is

This part of the study has covered the discussion on the analysis of the geographical
scope of the organization. Along with this in order to support the analysis a logical design as
well as it has effectively explained about the IP addresses. The purpose of this part is to
analyse the organizational scope as well as it will help to understand the proposes system
design and its IP address types.
2.1. Discussion on geographical scope

authorities of the organization which includes the features by incorporating the networks of
the branches of this organization into a single server network. As it has been observed from
the analysis of the business strategy, this business fundamentally offers location based
services to the customers, thus the cloud application will offer to interrelate the networks of
several branches by providing local area networks for each branches if the organization as
well as it will also provide sub local area networks to interrelate the department of each

networks in order to implement a large network it will surely provide benefits to the
organization in terms of cost deduction as well as enhance the services of the organization.
2.2. Logical Diagram for Sydney Branch
The above network design is proposed for the new office needed to be opened in the
building located at Sydney. For increasing the performance redundant network device are
used such that the response time of the network improves. Cisco ASA 5505 firewall is
installed in the network at the entry and exit point for enabling secure access of the intranet
for the internal and outside users. The servers are installed in a DMZ zone for restricting the
physical access and management of the identity of the user requesting for the access to server
network.
2.3. Type of IP address with Subnet mask used for Sydney Branch
For the calculation of the subnet mask and IP address of network needed to be setup
in Sydney class B IP address space and the Ip address is 176.154.0.0/16. The available
number of Ip address in the network is 65534 and it is enough for maintaining future growth

and expansion of the office network. Currently the company needs 1450 number of IP
address space for management of the user needs and thus it can be said that about 4% of the
address is used and amount 63% is available for expansion of the network according to the
