Cloud computing is the technology which is used for storing or managing the data over a
internet. It involves the servers, networking for data storage, user can easily or remotely access
the server with the help of internet to get the data (Qi and Tao, 2019). Before the introduction of
the cloud computing the storage of data would keep in the centralized server.
Aim:
To enhance the knowledge about the information technology (IT) area for better futuristic
performance.
Objectives:
 To understand the concept of cloud computing.
 To assess the benefit of cloud computing technology for the business.
Research questions:
 What is the meaning of cloud computing technology?
 What are the benefit of cloud computing technology for the business?
Rationale for the topic:
The main reason for selecting this topic for research study as it is anticipating technology also it
provides the easy or quick access. For the studying this topic as because it will provide the better
future opportunity in its field.
Significance:
The most significant things which can cloud computing provide is the cost efficiency, flexibility
and agility. It helps to securely store the data and user can easily retrieve the data from
anywhere. As for the business purpose it helps to improve the productivity as well as helps to
reduce the downtime for business.

LITERATURE REVIEW
Theme 1: Understanding of cloud computing
According to the Novais, Maqueira and Ortiz-Bas, (2019) it is the transformation of the various
data and services over the internet. It allows the flexibility as not dependent on the hard drive, it
provide the greater extent to store the data, and enables the better access to it.
Theme 2: Benefit of cloud computing technology in business
As per the view of Bello and et.al (2020) cloud computing technology is mainly developed for
the self provisioning, as it allow the end users to rapidly scale their requirements without any
intervention. It helps the businesses to rapidly reply to the demand of their consumers.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research type:
Research aims to develop the knowledge, enables predictions which are used for developing the
techniques and procedures. It involves the factor which are qualitative and quantitative.
Qualitative means to collect the data from open source, questionnaires. Quantitative define as to
obtain the data from numerical analysis. For this study qualitative is better due to its flexibility.
Data collection:
It is the method of gathering the data from the different sources. It further divides into the factors
which are primary and secondary data collection. Primary method is for collecting the data from
conducing interviews. While secondary data is collect from the existing sources which are books
and journals. To complete this research study secondary data will select by the researcher as it is
beneficial to fill the gap of the data.
Data analysis:
It is the approach of analysing the data for reaching to the potential research outcomes. It
involves the methods which are thematic and statistical data analysis. Thematic is associated
with the qualitative data, it involves the interpretation in selecting the themes. Statistical data
analysis use the quantitative data as numerical figures analysis. For conducting this research
study thematic is good because it use qualitative data approach.
