The Impact of the Cloud Computing Technology on the
Development of the Business Organization
Extended Abstract
The cloud computing technology has opened new ways in which the world or the business. The
advancement of various cloud computing technology like the hybrid cloud, the technology has evolved
further. The business are capable of utilizing the technology for the various purposes, such as the
resources pooling, storing, securing and many more. Thus to make the cloud computing services more
viable to the people and to raise awareness of the cloud services to the people, the research has been
conducted. In order to implement certain technology in the business sector, it is essential to understand
the ways in which can provide effective business solutions to the company. The research here depicts
the effectiveness as well as the ineffectiveness of the cloud computing technology and what probable
outcomes can be achieved with the help of technology. The cloud computing technology as we all know
that the cloud is one of the most accountable technology when the storage is considered. However, the
cloud computing technology is capable of cost reduction, collaboration, security, sharing and many
other purpose which is of equal importance when it comes to the business sectors around the world and
the not only the Small business, even the bigger business sectors are benefited from this technology as
well. The research not only lay emphasis upon the ways in which the technology can be beneficial for
the business sectors, it also discusses about certain challenges which should be kept in mind while
using the technology for better benefits to the organization, With the help of the deductive approach in
the research methodology, breaking down each and every facets of the research becomes much easier
in the research

Introduction
The conventional method of business consist of the usage of the technologies like the Personal
computers, Local Area Networks or the others. These limits the usage of the technology due to its
mobility or the accessibility. Issues. The challenges of the usage of such technologies have given rise to
the technologies like the cloud computing. Cloud Computing is huge area where the modern day
researches lay emphasis upon [1]. With the development of this technology, the geographical
boundaries are no longer considered to be a barrier in the terms of sharing. Cloud computing
technology has definitely enlarged the entire process in which the business can be evolved and
presented in the global aspect. The cloud computing technology provides the user with an ‘on-demand’
resources of the computer, especially for the storage of the data [2].
As per the requirement of the individual company or the enterprise, the cloud computing has
several classification. The limitation of the cloud can remain up to a single organization where it is
usually known as the enterprise cloud, or it may be available to numerous organization making it a
public cloud service [3]. With the usage of the cloud, the applications runs faster in the enterprises
making the information technology facilities of the organization to work even faster to meet the
demands of the organization which is changing continuously.
However, the pay-as-you-go services of the cloud helps in maintaining the cloud services,
becomes expensive in terms of operations when the individual dealing with the cloud service is not
familiar with the cloud models and their prices [4]. The usage of the technology comes with the
benefits of the clouds as well as its challenges. One has to be aware of the challenges in order to
prevent the risks due to the cloud computing in the organization to arise.
The cloud technology is one such technology which has different deployment model for
different functionality. The model depends upon the environment in which the cloud will be used,
proprietorship, access type and many more. The research discusses about certain cloud based
architecture and the cloud infrastructures which are used for the purpose of different uses in various
organizations [5]. The Cloud can be classified into the IaaS, PaaS and SaaS depending upon the needs
of the organization which is extremely important for the users to know. Understanding the cloud
computing technology helps in generation of greater insight towards the technology and help in
organizational development as well. One of the best usage of the cloud technology as discussed earlier
is the security functioning. With the usage of the cloud technology the security of the organization is
enhanced [6].
This research intends to show the benefits of the usage of the cloud computing technology for
the development of the business. The impact of the cloud computing technology along with its
challenges are discussed in this research which may help the people to understand the benefits and
drawbacks for using the technology before implementing them in the businesses [7]. The research aims
to make the readers aware of the facts that may be very useful while cloud computing is finally
implemented in a business. The discussion of the research holds up certain phenomenon regarding the
technology which has been considered for the development of the business. In the end, we will discuss
about some of the possible outcomes and the usage of the technology which will help the readers in
achieving greater knowledge regarding the usage of the technology such that they can apply in the
other field of the research as well. The cloud computing approach is one of the most recent trends in the
business organization. Starting from the large to the small organization each and every one of them can
have some benefits or the other from the usage of the technology. The cloud computing technology
helps the organization to deploy new models and project on a regular basis [8]. However, this
technology can be regarded as one of the modest technology which is expected to have a huge impact
on the business sectors around the globe.
