Presentation
AI Summary
This presentation provides an overview of cloud computing applications for DTGOV, a public organization aiming to enhance its services through cloud adoption. The assignment focuses on an initial webserver trial using an IaaS instance in AWS. The presentation analyzes the benefits of incorporating cloud computing, including improved accessibility, load handling, security, and download capabilities. It recommends the use of Office 365 and Microsoft Sharepoint, evaluating the suitability of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models. The analysis discusses the benefits and limitations of each cloud architecture, along with the potential for data security concerns and recommendations for mitigating them. The presentation also includes relevant bibliography to support the findings and recommendations for DTGOV's cloud migration strategy.

1Cloud Computing
Initial Webserver:
Application of Cloud in DTGOV and its benefits –
DTGOV is a public organisation which provides the user the facility of govern
artifacts, customizes the workflow as well as integrates the human task management.
Considering the present industrial scenario DTGOV has decided to incorporate the Cloud
IaaS instance in AWS in order to enhance their strategies as well as service. Fundamental
objective to incorporate the Cloud application is the DTGOV services in order to enhance the
accessibility, improve the heavy load handling capacity. Along with these facility
incorporation of cloud will also provide services like high security, facility to download
which can effectively influence the services of DTGOV.
Thus, to select most effective cloud application which can help them by providing
most effective facility, this presentation has explained the most effective cloud application in
order to migrate cloud computing into the work structure of DTGOV.
Followed by the case scenario DTGOV has decided to initiate the trial of developing
webserver with the application of Cloud Computing. In this slide it has been briefly explained
that which cloud architecture will be most effective in order to provide the desired
functionalities to the DTGOV services. Considering the case scenario as well as the cloud
structure it has been observed that IaaS will be most capable as this offers a virtual hardware
which is one of the primary need for the DTGOV cloud application.
Office 365 –
Considering the scenario of DTGOV where the customer demands are rapidly
increasing as they want automatic office operation which includes word pressing, email as
well as virtual file storage. In order to address these functionalities it is recommended to
utilize Office 365.

2Cloud Computing
Benefits-
Incorporation of Office 365 will help the organization by enhancing their service
which include the automation process to office as well as it offers the more effective work
services as it requires less human interaction. Along with the above facilities it is also a less
expensive and highly secure application.
Limitations-
Along with the facilities mentioned earlier it also has few drawbacks as it is an
internet based application it entirely depends on the internet and in case any internet failure
occurs it will not work appropriately as well as it is a subscription based application which
must need subscription to use the facility. Last but not the least since it a new application to
the user, the user will face difficulty while using it.
Cloud VS Center Data base –
Since, center database is a land- based approach the concept of cloud differs from it as
cloud is based on Virtual database. The security concern of cloud is less than the center
database as cloud is an internet based approach. Along with all these aspects cloud offers
unlimited storage although is it less expensive than the Center Database.
Share Point –
Followed by the case study the business model of DTGOV has incorporated the
Microsoft Share point in order to provide the customized project handling approach and it has
also decided to deploy the cloud structure of PaaS or SaaS. Thus, in the next slide the
presentation will explain the difference of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
Considering the previous slide it is recommended to use the SaaS cloud model as it
offers the emote flexibility, effective upgradation.

3Cloud Computing
Along with the mentioned benefits it also has some major drawbacks as it does not
hold the full control on Microsoft Share point 2010 as well as it has a security concern. Apart
from these it is slow compared to the other architecture.
In order to mitigated the mentioned problems the Microsoft share Point 2010 needs to
delopy the SaaS architecture in their system. Followed by the concern of data security is
needs it needs to incorporate the data encryption approach in to their system operations.
