1. Introduction
Cloud computing is related to the paradigm of information technology (IT) and a
practice of delivering the services related to information technology. In this practice,
resources are recovered from internet through applications and web-based tools. Cloud-based
storage system helps the users to store information to a remote database or in “the cloud”
instead of storing it in a storage device or hard drive (Jadeja and Modi 2012). This type of
technology helps the employees of any business organization to store information and files on
remote servers, then they can access these stored data through an internet.
The main purpose of this journal is to reflect on the learning and understanding of the
experiences in the cloud computing and its benefits and drawbacks. The report will conduct a
study on the effectiveness and usefulness of the learning experiences, describe objectively the
learning process and the planning for the application of this learning.
2. The Effectiveness of the Learning Experience
There is massive effectiveness and usefulness of the learning experience of cloud
computing. The study has shown the benefits and drawbacks of the cloud computing
technology and its application in numerous ways. I have come to know the concept of cloud
computing, which is a new and advanced technology. It helps in storing the data in “the
cloud’ or some remote server instead of storing it in the external or internal hardware of the
computer. This helps me to know the basic usefulness of the cloud computing that despite of
crashing the computer system or external hardware, anyone can even access the important
files if that are stored in “the cloud”. Even, there is other usefulness of the cloud computing
application for personal uses, like, e-mail, online TV or game playing (Dinh et al. 2013). The
learning experience has informed me about the activities that can be done by using cloud

computing, which include, data backup, video and audio streaming, using Application
Program Interface.
The various functions of cloud computing has helped me to know the different
applications of it including the personal and professional implications. The disadvantages
have assisted me to identify its limitations of usage and further scope for its enhancement.
3. The Usefulness of the Learning Process
The learning process of the cloud computing will be useful to me in a way it guides
me to apply the learning experience in the aspect of career, future program and general life.
Cloud computing is the most demanding IT trends in this time as it has cost-effective value
and simplifying the livings of the users. In business context, there are huge importance to the
cloud computing, thus, people who are efficient in could computing could apply in business
organizations. Aspirants could choose a number of career paths like, Cloud architects, Cloud
security experts, Cloud engineers, Cloud developers and Cloud support analysts
(Christauskas and Miseviciene 2012). Even people who are expert in IT could apply cloud-
computing jobs.
It is expected that in the future the career demand related to cloud computing will be
growing as huge number of organizations have been starting to adopt the cloud computing
services (Wang et al. 2012). With the growing numbers of its application in business
organizations, the future scope in pursuing career on cloud computing will be higher and
much demanding.
In general life, there are implications like e-mail access, personal or group application
of YouTube, Google, online audio or video streaming, online game playing, using social

networking or websites and storing huge data in “the cloud” (Rittinghouse and Ransome
2016).
4. Describing the Learning Process
In the learning process, the implications, advantages and drawbacks of the cloud
computing have been described. The various functions of cloud computing include data
sharing and high security providence to the data, fast response providence to the needs,
simple data management process, less expensive and massive information storage, data
recovery and backup facility. The various advantages of cloud computing include, cheap
and cost effectiveness, no limitation in storage capacity, easily accessible, provide backup
and recovery facility, automatic customization of the applications of the required software,
centralization of all the data at a common server (Chen and Zhao 2012). It provides reliable,
relevant and massive information to the client, high security to the information as no one can
breach the multiple security levels and hack the information. The limitations include
compulsory requirement of high bandwidth internet connection to cloud server, technical
problems due to easy accessibility, non-negotiable agreement with the service provider
(Avram 2014).
5. An Observation on Business Research
The provided business research is helpful in connection to the research learning
process. In the business research some of the advantages and disadvantages had been
discussed, which became the major concern of the learning process. The project objectives of
the business research include the positive and negative aspects of cloud computing for
individual or business operations and the future concerns of it in business purpose. The
business research paper provides structured information and future scope of the research on
this topic. The project scope has identified the limitations of the benefits of could compute

and lack in related technology. The project scope does not include any of the advantages for
developers or cloud computing programmer, which could be a subject of future research. As
the literature review has provided various kinds of working models of the cloud computing
services, other scopes of developing research works regarding future programs of cloud
computing are open to the researchers.
5. Explaining the Learning Process
The learning process helps me to look new aspects relating to cloud computing. It
helps me to understand the concept in a more detailed manner and analysis its implications on
various fields related to the concept. I went through this learning process because I want to
investigate on this technological advancement and its application in various ways starting
from domestic to public paradigm. However, its limitation has helped me to locate the
futuristic scope of further development, which would even help to open up new field of
research.
6. Future Scope of Study
I could apply this learning process if I want to pursue more study on this field. The
scope of the future study could be determined from this learning process as it has limitation
of its own otherwise this knowledge could be applied in managing business operations,
mainly which is using this facility. However, this research subject makes me aware about the
functions, advantages and drawbacks of cloud computing. It helped me to search for the
advanced development of cloud computing.
7. Conclusion
It can be concluded by stating that could compute is an advanced process that has its
own benefits and drawbacks. The benefits indicate that it has massive applications in modern

life. The cloud computing has been used in domestic and business purposes and serving well
to the users. However, everything has its own limitations too. The drawbacks of the cloud
computing facility have bounded it in a small limitation, which could be excelled in future.
The learning experiences relating to the cloud computing have widen up the future
scope of the study on this particular field and has been helping the readers to gather detailed
knowledge about this subject area. The research work is an important and advanced step
towards investigating on the subject of clouds computing, its benefits and drawbacks. The
research work has accumulated relevant data on the application of the cloud computing. The
literature reviews have helped to identify the relevant works on this fields and future scope of
study.
