process by the implementation of modern technologies. We will be implementing cloud
computing in our business with an aim of better hassle free business operation. This
implementation will be highly beneficial for the company as the cloud technology connects all
remote business centers over one single virtual storage platform. Apart from that the main
advantage of cloud computing is that it provides data security thus the issues of data theft can be
avoided with this technology (Gangwar, Date & Ramaswamy, 2015). Over the cloud computing
the managers will be easily monitoring the work process of their subordinates so that they will be
able to identify the issue or challenges or discrepancy with an ease. The cloud computing will
bring several other similar benefits to the growth of the company as it over the virtual portal; the
managers will be connecting with the clients as well. Moreover, it can be said that the virtual
storage device will make an ease in the entire business process. The communication among the
employees as well as the clients will be simplified which is an important aspect for growth of
any company.
In order to implement the cloud computing within the business process, a proper
management team will be set up. The team or group will be consisting of different personnel

including technology experts, business experts and representative of general management. Along
with all the team will design the whole process of implementation of the technology at first.
Secondly the essential infrastructure will be built within the workplace so that the technology can
be successfully installed (Oliveira, Thomas & Espadanal, 2014). In order to assure best
implementation and to get rid of the burden of cloud implementation, a third party cloud provider
like Amazon can be hired against a particular amount of money in a timely manner. After
implementation, the major duty of the management team will be helping the employees in
understanding and using the cloud technology. Since the technology will be new to employees of
the company, training on how to handle the device and other nitty-gritty of the technology must
be given to the employees.
The implementation of cloud computing needs several aspects and the most important
thing that is essential in the implementation of cloud computing is the experts. Unless
appropriate professionals the implementation of the technology will not be successful. The other
aspects are a cloud server and an infrastructure (Lian, Yen & Wang, 2014). There are free open
source software available such as Microsoft and Oracle, which make an ease in the
implementation of the cloud computing. Several technologies based tools as well as software will
using in order to assure effective monitoring of the virtual storage device. However in respect to
the discussion, it must be mentioned that the most important aspect of to implement the cloud
computing technology is the internet. Since the technology us internet based, the employees will
be made aware of the usage of internet.
Since the company deals with the soft drinks, customers are the integral part of the
company. In regard to that, it must be mentioned that the market of soft drinks or beverage
industry is already occupied by giant companies. Since government imposes several restriction

on the soft drink making companies regarding the use of one of the most essential resources,
water. Water is one of the major raw material of the company, thus it must need to be assured
that there will be no misuse of the resource. Another major factor is the quality maintenance. The
use preservatives in order to enhance the taste are increasing among the beverage makers. There
have been many instances where many companies were alleged due to using the non healthy
components in the beverages or soft drinks. Thus special attention must b given to the
sustainable business practices in order to assure minimum carbon footprint.
Globalization played a major role in our achievement of success towards the growth of
the business. In terms of globalization, the company is no more limited within the home country;
rather it had reached to the international markets and expanded its business. Globalization mainly
refers to the implementation of modern technological innovation in the every sector of business
process (Dunning, 2014). Like any other joint companies, technological innovations have been
adopted the company’s business process. The technological advancement includes several
modern technologies like technology based manufacturing machines to produce soft drinks
minimizing the human labor. Apart from that all the units of the company is closely connected to
each other while building large business network.
The major challenge that can occur in the near future is regarding the use of the cloud
computing technology. Since most of the existing employees are unaware of how to handle the
virtual storage device, cloud, there will be challenges and issues within the workforce of the
company (Avram, 2014). Thus in order to figure out the solution of the challenges and issues,
training program by experts will be given to the employees regarding the usage of the
technology. Apart from that, the other major challenge will be regarding the successful

implementation of the cloud technology. It needs to assured as well as monitored that the cloud
computing technology is being installed under the strict supervision of the technological experts.
In respect to change aiming to improve the business operation, sustainable approach must
be adopted in terms of business development. The sustainable practices must be incorporated in
the entire business process so that the carbon footprints will be remained lower (Ortiz‐de‐
Mandojana & Bansal, 2016). In order implement sustainable practice and to improve the
business process, the professionals of the company must be aware of sustainability in relation
with business.
