will discuss about the ICT innovation and also evolution of applications. Furthermore, This
documentation will discuss about the key benefits and issues that resulting from ICT innovation
application within the business process. At last, It will analyse the case study of company and
regards to the ICT innovation application.

premium services. It is brining out the New one which is icloud innovation for increasing the
demand in marketplace because icloud is a type of wireless system where all the user easily syn
their files and keep it protect safely. This application is important to transfer the important
information such as pictures, videos at any time.

synchronizing critical and commonly used data. It is manually attempt to share, backup , track

to check the status of apple's server and identify the problem behind it. It may need to verify the

Usually application that can use icloud drive to store data and share from one device to
another by default. Sometimes, it is either in the application which doesn't generate an
appropriate results and outcomes.

As per apple case study, it has reported that the software manufactures website, icloud
allows the acquisition of data stored on the backup online. Moreover, This online backup can
acquire without having any type of ios devices. It needed to access the online backup which uses
the apple id and password therefore, there are 1,000 images store on each devices so that user
can view and move to the album and save (Nanos, Manthou and Androutsou, 2019). The icloud

all user were moved towards the new environment to use the icloud services. It help to occupied

At earlier, It is very difficult task to manage and handle the available data through
different sources such as real time information. In this way, apple was launched the icloud

services can give the right path to the information communication technology to share the details
from one platform to another by using mobile technology. While the objective is communication
and information, Apple can develop the countless innovative application development but which
could not possible to manage all the service without using internet or smart phone. ICT have
influences on the cloud services and emerging with the technologies to operates the overall
business in proper manner (Sudhier and Seena, 2018). Apple icloud which includes the different
type of features and components such as icloud drive, icloud storage plans, family sharing etc. It
is highly cloud file service platform that permits the user to leverage the secure. It is highly
reliable and capable to share the store the variety of files and also synchronize the across the
different devices.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It has recommended to use the icloud service in term of information communication
technology that support the entire business to manage all the sensitive data in proper manner.
