Executive Summary
The objective of the report is to understand the case study of Webb’s Stores. It is an Australia
based organization famous for its general store services. The organization has recently acquired
some regionally based small retail stores that were run manually by their respective owners.
After the acquisition Webb’s Stores is looking forward to integrate all its businesses into the
same platform where it will be allowed to handle all the operations from the same place. The
organization is using computerized systems individually in all their stores and now they are
looking to migrate to cloud for better management of their business processes. This report
explains all the possible footsteps that are required to migrate to the cloud from the current

Webb Brothers' General Store was opened on May 15th, 1936, on the banks of the
Hiwassee River in Reliance (Brendel et al., 2014). Webb Bros. Texaco and General Store
provided gas, food, and basic household supplies, from ammunition and stove polish to beans
and potatoes. Oliver was soon appointed Reliance Postmaster, and part of the store became
the post office. Recently the store is providing gas, food, and supplies for camping or picnicking,
T-shirts, and other souvenirs. In addition to rentals for rafting on the Hiwassee and lodging in
our Guesthouse, the store has showcases displaying artifacts from the Reliance Historic District.
The following report gives a brief description of the case study of Webb’s Stores. The
detailed migration of data from SQL database to cloud is given in the report. Both the
approaches are mentioned with proper details. The difference between IaaS and PaaS
