Introduction
Cloud computing has been disruptive innovation in present years as well as taken the
headlines for displacing several traditional model for computing in short time period. I have
gained knowledge regarding the use of cloud computing by reviewing literatures from
different sources, journals and articles. The present paper consists of reflective study based
on doing literature review and research proposal. The study covers the analysis of using cloud
computing in benefits. Benefits and limitations of using cloud computing in business are
described in the study.
Discussion
The utility model of cloud computing has made information technology services ne
similar to the electricity as well as water. It has been invoked attention of the researchers as
well as practitioners. Investigating advantages and disadvantages of using cloud computing
would be helpful for analyzing the use of cloud computing in business (Chong et al. 2014).
Cloud computing is considered as the mode of executing IT services in elastic way to the end
users as well as providing metered service at several granularities for making quality of
service. In addition, a survey conducted by International Data Corporation has showed that
security issue is the major challenge of using cloud services. As cloud service provides
powerful processing capabilities as well as large amount of storage for users as well as
organizations, it encourages the organizations in order to move to cloud so that it is not
required to purchase servers. In this perspective, server attack may steal their confidential
data. For example, 37% of global organizations are involved in malicious attack (Branch et
al. 2014). Zappos has become the target for cyber theft. One of the most important
advantages of cloud computing is IT cost savings. Business irrespective of their type or size,

it is important to gain more profit. On the other hand, with rapid growth of communication
and information technology, people like to get services through online.
It is important to develop some methods that can be helpful to overcome the
limitations faced while using cloud computing in business. After analyzing the advantages of
using cloud computing in business, it has been resulted that cloud looks exploiting in the
existing technology and there are new uses that developed the process. However,
disillusionment as well as frustration for technology is increasing especially within the
theories of productivity praradox (Al-Ayyoub et al. 2015). Disaster recovery is one of the
major are where cloud computing helps in a business. When organizations start trusting on
the cloud-based services, it is not required to have devices for complex disaster recovery plan
as cloud service providers take care of the issues in very fast way . Moreover, cloud
computing helps to increase competitiveness in business. Cloud computing services help to
access to the enterprise class technology through providing several ERP solutions. It allows
small as well as medium business organizations acting faster than developed.
However, there are various disadvantages of using cloud computing that has been
discussed in the studies. Sajid and Raza (2013) stated that a program of malicious software is
developed by hackers and utilizes virtual machine injective malware into the cloud services.
With the help of these, hackers can execute such operations like data theft and eavesdropping.
There are different types of malware injections available on internet. For example, SQL
injection can change structure of query.
Cloud based applications are considered as centralised with the structure of an
organization for consolidated servers as well as data. However, it can be viewed as highly
decentralised system for having agility as well as flexibility of servers on the particular
locations (Rahimi et al. 2014). Analyzing the present benefits and limitations of cloud

computing, it has been obtained that idea of running application in cloud are not understood
where these are not considered as a concern to the web based applications user and concept
of the websites have the same concept. The developers have an important role to deploy and
configure virtual infrastructure platforms for those applications with few clicks and displays
transformation from relationship by making continuous interaction.
The level of transparency of information technology resources helps the organizations
obtaining competitive advantages (Fernández et al. 2014). There are two types of features
that impact on cloud provider and user such as self provisioning as well as usage and metered
as well as control over the usage. In addition, analyzing the advantages for using cloud
computing in business, customer relationship can be handled by making salesforce.com. The
service is cloud based service provider that falls under the specific category of using cloud
services. In this perspective, the organization needs to pay only for the license of users that
are purchased as well as used. There are generally 40 % of software products bought in
traditional organizations kept unused as well as termed as shelf-wares (Sadiku et al. 2014).
The organization could be certain that they invested on information technology based
products. It is also important that fluctuating users as well as customers were considered as
the major obstacle for management in order to tackle the services.
However, it is important to understand the limitations for using cloud computing in
business that are achieved in the previous assessment (Boutaba et al. 2013). There are several
limitations of using cloud computing in business. If there is no internet connection, the
services interrupt. In addition, it is important to have an effective bandwidth. Security issues
are involved in the use of cloud computing in business. As it becomes the main target of
hackers, the organizations need to take effective steps for using cloud computing in business.
The mangers need to compare cost with the traditional utilities and implement the best suited
method for business.

Conclusion
From the above discussion, it can be summarized that cloud computing has turned as
enabler of start-ups as well as small and medium sized organizations. The new design of
information technology assists the entrepreneurs for starting up their business as well as run
the organization in faster way. In addition, the level of technology for making collaboration
between the organizations increased with the use of cloud computing in business.
